The accessibility to this venue is very very bad. There is no train station nearby. Ferries stop working at a certain point in the night. So the only way to get anywhere is by taking an Uber. Secondly the aspect ratio of the room is such that you cannot see anything at all, especially if the musicians are seated on the stage. What kind of a venue is this where only people in the first two-three rows can watch the performance? And there was a lousy screen where the performance was being screened, at the very back of the room but the display just didn't work with the kind of lighting present in the room. Big challenging art feels at home here: a giant baby can be bisected while the DJ spins edm and the sky still looks welcoming...

The building is an open 2 story loft with atrium ceilings and lots of open space to host large sculptures, paintings, and even concerts. There is a main outdoor area when you first enter which provides a very warming atmosphere for meeting new people and engaging conversation. Overall its a fantastic space to relax and take in some culture, particularly when weather...
