Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I love the food they make in Popeyes but what i don't like whenever i go to Popeyes there allways someone infront of the door Harrison us for money all in own face don't give us anuff space to go in and out the store on ower own that makes me not went to go to Popeyes this need to stop now what i see people do is waint until they move and open the door they self when the owner 📞 the 👮 there never come like they sopost to and well I'm eating my food next minutes they all in own face in every location that makes me not go to Popeyes like i want to😢im about to go to Popeyes now that's how i feel and whenever i go to Popeyes and get 2.3.5.6.or.10 piece chicken in some stores the workers don't let us pick the piece of chicken that we want for ower family and friends they be telling us what piece that we can get the menu it don't tell what piece it comes with all it says is 2.3.4.5.10 chicken when people tell what piece they won't they don't give us what we ask for😢😢that's why i don't go to Popeyes...

I went into Popeyes last night and had such a great experience that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an employee named Farhan, whose customer service was exceptional. After taking my order, he kindly suggested I try their current special, pairing it with something else on the side. To my surprise, this combination not only sounded perfect but also saved me money compared to what I was originally planning to pay.

I really appreciate when employees go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and satisfied—it makes such a difference.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to the positive experience. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. I don’t often eat fast food, but this visit definitely made me want to come back.

Sometimes I order from her I mostly get the popcorn shrimp combo but usually I’d notice that the fries are really soggy the shrimp is fine though but when I do pickup I always have to remind them to include my drink as they don’t do that give me a straw they even give me the wrong sauce now let’s get to the chicken. The chicken usually is horrible it’s undercooked you’d notice grease and a lot of the parts of the chicken is slimy really undercooked and as usual the soggy fries come with the combo after my last order I don’t think I’ll ever be eating from that specific Popeyes in a while when I eat their food I often feel disappointed that I...
