Simply Elegant Hair Salon and Spa — Attraction in New York

Be aware of this fake saloon. I went there to get permanent hair straight. Instead of that, she did keratin treatment, saying that is the best permanent treatment. But I found out keratin doesn't make your hair permanent straight & and it does make your hair shine & healthy., NOT STRAIGHT!!!

When I asked what shampoo should I use, without recommendation, She had forced me to get shampoo from her even though she didn't have it for 4 days. Finally, I got keratin shampoo from outside.

When my hair got ruined, FIRST SHE BLAMED THE LADY who did my hair that day, saying she's new she didn't do it right. As the owner of the saloon, she has to take responsibility for everything instead of blaming someone else.

when I go to Saloon asking for a refund, then SHE BLAMED ME THAT I USE CHEAP SHAMPOO. If you want to get a service worth for your money & and time, go somewhere else who respect their clients. NOT PLACE LIKE THIS WHO WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME WITH THIER LIES. THEY JUST DON'T KNOW THEIR JOB.

Every time my sisters go to this salon they always turn them away because of my skin color and now because of their hair texture first excuse they will say they are fully booked, and the salon be empty or with one customer with 3 worker in their then they would ask then to come anther day and when they did they say they book or closing that unprofessional I have everything on video recording and it’s all over Social media who turns down an upcoming artist And our lil sister that 7 year old That is known worldwide because of her raise but yet we seen a female go right in after And they started doing her hair with no appointment I will not recommend this place to nobody .. this place need to get...
