We recently had the opportunity to use Shahi Catering for a family celebration, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions we made. From the very first interaction, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and heartwarming. The owner, Dilraj, was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who cares so deeply about both the quality of the food and the satisfaction of the customer.

Shahi Catering specializes exclusively in Punjabi-style Indian cuisine, and you can taste the authenticity in every bite. The flavors were bold, rich, and perfectly balanced — just like home-cooked food straight from Punjab. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the dishes. From creamy butter chicken and smoky tandoori dishes to flavorful dal makhani and fresh, fluffy naan, everything was cooked with love and precision. Even the appetizers, like samosas and pakoras, were crisp, delicious, and full of flavor.

One thing that really impressed us was the attention to detail. Every dish was presented beautifully, kept hot and fresh, and the portions were generous. Dilraj and his team were incredibly organized and made sure everything was ready well ahead of time. They even accommodated a few special requests without hesitation, which really showed their commitment to making each customer feel valued and cared for.

I wanted something quick and I was gonna go to Wendy’s but I decided to support small business and I was hoping they had some premade Tandoori chicken. I asked for one and I heard the lady said 10-20 mins and I said oh no I’m okay I’m just gonna come back another day. And then she clarified and said 10-12 minutes I mistunderstood her bc of her accent . I said okay I can do 10-12 mins . I don’t want to wait 20 mins and she said oh no not 20 mins I ended up waiting 25 mins and there was no sense of urgency. I feel like I was lied too just for the sale. I was the only person in the store when I ordered . Simone came in after me got something from the hot bar and something from the kitchen . I didn’t see the door dash tablet going off.
