They should learn how to value their customer more! I called in our order for pick up prior to coming half an hour earlier and was told it’ll be ready for 20 minutes. Came in and it wasn’t ready. I understand they were busy so I just waited patiently. Another customer came and place their order to go. After 20 minutes of them waiting, they got their order. Almost everybody eating in the restaurant already left and I’m still waiting. Took about 45 minutes more of waiting, almost an hour and a half since I called in before I got my order. 😡😡😡Considering we ordered there almost every week and spent more than $100 every single time, they should learn to value and appreciate loyal customers. Orders should be made on how they come, not pick and choose who they want to serve first. Just because I’m being understanding doesn’t mean my orders should be put aside. Also, our order’s are decreasing in quantity (e.g. meat size are getting smaller/lesser) compare to previous week’s order. So, if you order often enough, they penalize you instead of providing added benefits. Talk about loyalty reward.🙄😑 After such experience, we’re picking another restaurant to support as they are not the only Mexican restaurant in the area. Better put our money to those who knows...

I came here on Taco Tuesday and went all in! I ordered the Burrito Salvaje Loko, a plain cheese quesadilla on a tortilla de trigo, and three tacos—carnitas, chorizo, and carne asada.
The burrito was massive—there’s no way to eat it without cutting it in half, and it could easily be two meals. It was packed with avocado, carne asada, chorizo, jalapeños, and cheese—an absolutely divine combo. The only letdown was the rice, which tasted like it had been refrigerated and reheated more than once.
The plain cheese quesadilla was simple but perfect for experimenting with all their sauces.
I saved the tacos for later, but I should have eaten them first. My favorite was the chorizo with pineapple bits—such a great flavor profile. Definitely check out their Taco...
