Suite 415 Events — Attraction in New York

I hosted a birthday party here and admittedly, this was a last resort type of venue. This is a nice venue for a small gathering, kid’s party or sit down dinner. My initial interactions with the owner was pleasant ( of course they’re nice when money is involved). However, I quickly ran into some issues. First, this place isn’t an ideal venue if you require a kitchen-it’s too small and there’s no space for a kitchen! Secondly, my guest were sitting in the venue with no AC. When I called the owner and inquired on why the AC wasn’t on prior to the guest arriving his response was a bit rude. He implied that I needed to ask for the AC to be turned on. Really? It was about 84 degrees outside and it’s summer AND you’re fully aware of an event being held at your venue. I thought this was a no brainer! So he sent someone to turn on the AC. We did sort of underestimate the number of people attending the event but things happen. At some point, one of the ACs stopped working and I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it so we decided to not contact the owner. Lastly, I was told that the bathrooms would be cleaned; though I wanted to say the bathrooms were cleaned, however, they need to be renovated! One of the doors for the bathroom did NOT lock and it was a bit of an annoyance. I thank God that I was able to hire a serving company as they were really a big part of the event. I had the pleasure of having my mother’s Bridal/Bachelorette Party here March 25, 2018. The venue itself was AMAZING!!!!! A great size, elegant and convenient. The service and staff were beyond helpful and I was very pleased with Mr. Michael. His whole goal was to accommodate me and he did above and beyond that. Even after he made sure I was ok once my event started. He took the time out to text me to touch base frequently throughout the night. He made sure the tables and chairs were the right amount and put out for us to adjust. He was there when the event started & he was there when the event was done. His staff even came in mid event to help me with any extra needs (air conditioning, lighting etc) The bar was a nice size with refrigerators to accommodate your liquors. There are two bathrooms, which is always a big help when having a large party. Even the bathrooms were so clean with elegant decor. He even helped me take the garbage out and clean. Not once did I or my guest feel rushed out by him. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was an complete honor to have an event at Suite 415 Events and do business with Mr. Michael. Looking forward to having another event there soon. Thank you sooooo much...

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.......Yesterday we celebrated our daughters sweetest sixteen at Suite 415. From the moment we toured the venue in January, we knew that it would be the perfect place to host this once in a lifetime celebration..

Owner, Michael B, made our choice so easy. Michael, did not rush or pressure us to book the venue. The most important attribute synonymous to Michale and the venue is his professionalism. Michael, was on time, he pointed out the attributes of the venue (amazing lighting, temperature control environment, tables and chafing racks are provided, did I mention the gorgeous chairs and the added plus that security is provided) all of that AND he is detailed driven.

Michael, was never too busy to provide concrete and useful information he’s a well rounded business owner that always made himself available to us and our various vendors.

Yesterday, was the celebration! Not only was the staff on site, Michael was there providing help, direction and support. Needless to say our event was a HIT! I highly...
