Highly recommend Tivoli Jewelers! A welcoming family-owned shop that has been an absolute pleasure to work with every time we have been in. Joe, Frank, and Jenny are all amazing and so helpful. We bought our wedding bands here, and it was one of the best experiences of wedding planning. They gave us an incredible deal and took as much time as we needed to show us all the options.

Recently, my wedding band was lost. We were incredibly distraught and immediately went to Tivoli to order a replacement. They were so empathetic, and even matched the original deal they gave us. In true family-owned small business style, they let us put a smaller than usual deposit down and were just incredibly fair and understanding through the whole thing. THEN, shockingly, a good samaritan found the ring, tracked the serial number, and contacted Tivoli who immediately contacted us. They facilitated pick up of the original ring, cancelled the new order at no fee, and refunded our deposit. Just absolutely amazing customer service, and a business that will always have a place in our hearts.

Beyond this experience, which has ensured we will be loyal customers of Tivoli as long as we live in NYC, I’ll add that the shop has a great variety of jewelry, excellent prices, and the best customer service around. They always offer to clean my rings whenever we drop in, and just consistently go above and beyond in a way that is becoming increasingly rare in the city. The prongs on my engagement ring (Bought elsewhere) had become loose and I needed them tightened quickly with my wedding around the corner—I got a recommendation to go to Tivoli, as they do this in house (Which I’ve come to find is really rare nowadays). I called ahead and spoke with Jenny who was super sweet and I made a plan to go in. I went in today and was greeted by Joe and Frank (The owner). They were both incredibly kind and Frank let me know he could get that done for me while I waited in store. As I waited, I chatted with Joe about my upcoming wedding—He is such a nice man! He let me vent about the stress I’ve been feeling with all of the wedding planning. In just a few minutes, Frank was back with my ring. He steam cleaned it and gave it back to me—The prongs are nice and tight, so my diamond is super secure and my ring is freshly cleaned for my wedding! I am so happy to know I have a great jeweler I can take my rings (And other jewelry) to for tightenings/repairs/maintenance in the future. The jewelry they had for sale in store also looked very beautiful, and they had quite the selection! In a very stressful time before my wedding, Tivoli made this experience so easy and treated me with the utmost kindness. I have been using Tivoli Jewelers for years and each time I go my experience is better and better! Sylwia is my go to person and she is fantastic about helping you pick the right item(s). She truly cares about what you are looking for and asks the right questions to help you pick the perfect gift for others or yourself. She and the rest of the staff give great advice as to what to chose based on the occasion, who the gift is for, and what you are willing to spend without ever being “pushy.” In the end, they leave you feeling good and comfortable about your choice. The store offers everything thing you could imagine and a wide selection of each item they carry. I’m always able to find exactly what I’m looking for without ever having to go anywhere else. The jewelry is of great quality and fairly priced. I have recommended Tivoli to all my family and friends who are also always satisfied with their experience there. Anyone who I’ve ever bought a gift there for has always loved it! However, Tivoli is always happy to tell you to come back if ever you or your recipient are not happy with the jewelry you chose.
