Forget the five stars. I give this place 100 stars. After trying to locate key lime pie in the entirety of Staten Island (because a particular someone had that as their favorite pastry) I stumbled upon this gem that was still open AND carried the pie! There were other places in the city of course but it’s more convenient to just get the pie on the island. Not only were you guys super understanding of my time crunch, which I appreciated even though you were soon to close, you were kind and didn’t have an attitude (customer service falls flat these days honestly) They delivered the key lime pie for an additional $15, which I had no problem paying because of the outstanding service and they had the pie, they said they couldn’t come upstairs in the building due to Covid however imagine my surprise when I was on my way down and they had come up! I had let them in to the building lobby so they can escape from the cold but they said because I said earlier I was going to be taking a test they decided to meet me halfway. Honestly thank you so much. The pie was delicious, the recipient thankful and excited and you guys, well keep doing what you’re doing and you will always outshine the competition.

We paid for a cake over the phone at 12 noon, called to cancel at 2pm and was told we couldn't cancel but we could pick up the cake on Tuesday, and they were nasty about it. Birthday was on Monday so we bought a nice fresh cake elsewhere...They didn't even have the courtesy to try to resolve the matter so I took it to the Better Business Bureau. To date almost one month later they are insisting on us picking up the cake (which apparently is in their refrigerator) and refuse to return our money...We are never picking up this cake and we are never purchasing from here again. As I told the employee..they can keep the cake and the money as well. I don't have any more time to waste with this back and forth. We hope that stealing a customers $35.00 was worth this review.
You guys should really focus on providing fresh products and stop wasting time fighting with a customer on social media and trough BBB. It really does not reflect well for your business. Just so that people are aware this case is still ongoing, and other Mousse is still insisting on us picking up a 7 week old cake....
Read moreHorrible horrible service, I came in a few days ago to pick up a cake that I had ordered. When I got inside the older lady at the register was very nasty. When I came in She asked my name repeatedly but iam soft spoken so I said it about 3 times, she showed me the cake then I looked around the case for a few other things, the lady seemed impatient but I was confident because there wasn’t any line. I asked for 2 cookies and she got them. She asked me for my card in a very aggressive manner then she asked me to sign and had even more of an attitude to the point where I was offended. I don’t understand why she treated me this way if I came in to solely buy my cake when I was being very polite. I thanked her after she got the cookies, I thanked her after she rung me up and she never responded ha never going there again I’ll try my luck on hylan where everyone is much friendlier. It’s truly a shame when you spend your money with a business but you leave unhappy, customer service...
