BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS, CASHIERS ARE RUDE AND UNPLEASANT. BASICALLY, THEY ARE STEALING FROM AND CHEATING FROM CUSTOMERS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES.
Please be aware of the cashiers at Yellow Market located on Glenwood Road in Canarsie, especially one of the female cashiers near the front. She is RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, DISHONEST, and OVERCHARGES customers. PLEASE AVOID SHOPPING AT THIS PLACE. They are stealing from and cheating customers. On April 25, 2023, I purchased seven Dominican mangoes from the $1 bins. Later, I realized that I was overcharged $1.99 each. I went back with my receipt and explained the situation. My biggest shock was the cashier refusing to make the adjustment and give me my refund of $7. I told her that I already peeled some of the mangoes and only had two unpeeled mangoes. I was asked by the cashier to go back home and go through my garbage and bring back the mango skins and seeds. THIS WAS DISGUISING. I couldn't believe the cashier asked me to do that. I returned with the skins and seeds of the peeled mangoes and the cashier was still arguing with me about my refund. She pretended very quickly to go through her receipts at the register and said, “I don't have your purchase for $35.62.” The cashiers are very impatient and aggressive, and yell, “NEXT!” before a customer leaves the counter and they start ringing up other customers’ products – incorrectly – while they are still...

The cashier overcharged me for some items and became aggressive with me when I asked for a price adjustment. I was persistent and insisted that she check my receipt. Sure enough, after the cashier reviewed the receipt, she realized that she made a mistake. We both realized that she had overcharged me even more than I realized.
