HORRIBLE Experience 😲 If I could put zero star I would. I got my nails done on Saturday and just to put my shoe on Monday morning, one of the index nail broke off. The guy did them too thin. As I went back to get it fixed I was turned away immediately because the guy who did it wasn't there. I plead for them to fix one finger and though they agreed I had to sit and wait until they did every last customer "the shop closed with me in there" Without arguing I sat and waited, the rude guy who finally decided to take me, charge me to fixed it " which I thought was totally unfair for me to pay for a service that I paid for two days prior. However, I paid for the repair of one nail and to make matters worse he gave me so much attitude when I told him that the edge was too sharp and could easily scratch my child. They were all so mean to me!!! I would never set a foot back in that place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.. THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE. Cannot COMMUNICATE PROPERLY. I WENT TO FIX MY ONE NAIL THAT BROKE WAS TOLD TO COME BACK IN 20 MINUTES SO I LEFT AND CAME BACK.. THEN I WAS TOLD A IN A HOUR TO COME BACK. THE STORE WASNT CROWDED AT THE TIME. It WAS A MORNING OF A WEEKDAY. EXTREMELY EARLY WHEN THEY JUST OPENED. THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT HE HAS A CUSTOMER COMING AND THAT SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I WAITED AND THE PERSON NEVER SHOWED UP. WORKERS ON THERE PHONE, SOME EATING. So why is it A PROBLEM TO FIX MY ONE NAIL THAT TAKES LESS THAN 10 minutes .. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I DIDNT FEEL WELCOMED. I take RESPECT AND SERVICE VERY SERIOUSLY. THATS JUST ONE SITUATION . It’s plenty other ones on DIFFERANT days that I can write a essay about. But moral of the story DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! worst salon in the area, took over an hour to sit in the chair for a pedicure, asked the technician if she was able to add acrylic to toes, she spent 10 mins clumpibg in acrylic. I asked her to get someone that could do it and she said she did, went in the back and never cane back out. After I realized someone else starting another customer I asked who was goibg to help me and they all ignored me as if they didnt understand... went to the "manager" and he's worst than the ladies... i walked out after 1 1/2 hrs. Bad customer service, unskilled workers, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Came up the street on Utica and Ave J and was greeted & seated right away, and the lady knows how to do Acrylic...
