Target — Local services in New York

Placed a pick up order 3.14.25. When I first arrived, the drive up section was full. On the app, they give you the option to park nearby. I chose to park near the entrance. I waited for about ten mins. Finally see Maxim and I know they have my order based on the bag. I honk them to alert so they don’t have to walk for. I watch them walk over to the car that is clearly not listed on my order details only for them to be told by the driver that it ain’t their order. They finally make their way to my car and they proceed to tell me where I’m supposed to be. I let them know it was full when I came. They proceed to tell me that there are 4 available parking spots. This is my first and LAST experience at this target I promise you. I only came here because it was close to another errand I was running. I’ll take the pain and go to my neighborhood target next time where I don’t have to deal with sarcasm and rudeness. The absolute nerve as if they were up there to see the packed parking lot. I know life is too short but to be ugly and have an attitude problem on top of that is unbecoming Maxim. Do better! And do better Target hiring and training people who have terrible...

If this had been my first time shopping at a Target I would never visit another one again! They had stock on pallets in boxes wrapped and I couldn't get to anything against the shelves. I asked an employee and they never moved them. Then I asked other employees to open the locked boxes so I could get stuff. "One second", they never came back. They gave me a $20 hand cream to put in my wagon, but a $10 phone charger they had to take to the front for me. The worst part was the employee who rang me up! There wasn't enough room for stuff and he kept knocking everything on the floor infront of me and then he tells me an insane price when he was done. I had him show me what he rung up. He charged me 8x for a $50 cover! I had to go over everything and show him the stuff he didn't ring up. I also had him scan my barcode for the discount and it didn't work. I won't be back. Avoid...

Best target in the area! Hands down. This location is always clean, always well stocked, and super friendly! The staff are very helpful and everything is always neatly organized as much as possible. The target is located on the lower floor, with a 5 below next to it. The building is shared by Smash Burger next door so if you're running low on energy swing by next door to refuel!

I highly recommend this target/5 below location. Both stores are run well and best part, plenty of parking for my fellow drivers. It is a roof top lot so be warned because once I got stuck inside when it was pouring rain and I forgot my umbrella...in the car. Go figure.

Anyway, you won't regret coming here for all your target shopping needs. There's a starbucks inside as well so...
