8/10/22 DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF YOUR DOG(s). I came to this place twice for AI and two female workers did not know what they were doing! Little to no experience and one female admitted to not having much experience! I had to assist both times. One female messed up on scheduling and scheduled me on A Sunday 08/07/22 (they donāt do AIs on Sundays). Although she was very respectful she had little to no experience so I had to assist her. 8/09/22 The second time, The tall female that does AIs insulted my male in front of my customer because she did not know what she was doing. (THIS MAKES MY BUSINESS LOOK BAD) I spoke with a manager named Jennifer because I was charged $80 at one visit to pull from my male to insert in the female and $103 at the other visit for the same procedure on a different female (both visits were two days apart) and I wasnāt happy with the services provided on both days. I asked if I could have a discount on something as small as a grooming or a credit towards my next visit. She told me itās a courtesy to pull from the male and that she couldnāt accommodate me. I later called and request a call back from the owner and the manager Jennifer called me back and said āyou requested to speak with a managerā I explained to her that I wanted to speak with the owner because I am not happy with services. She asked me did I have an appt and to explain the issue so she could ādeliverā the message to the owner. I explained the situation and gave her the appt date. she told me that my issue was not urgent and that the owner probably wont get back to me. Jennifer was very rude and nasty she kept cutting me off while talking so I asked again to speak to a owner to report her. She said heās busy and that he wouldnāt get back to me today. I told her I had an urgent issue that I wanted to speak with the owner about & I wanted it resolved before my upcoming appointment (which is tomorrow) what is the issue that he canāt get back to me in a timely manner she proceeds to tell me itās none of my business what the owner is doing and that my issue isnāt important. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THIS NASTY LADY IS????!!! I have no idea how she even got the position to be manager. Thatās not how a manager solves any problems if anything sheās added to it! Iāve been a customer at bully zone longer than she was an employee there and I can honestly say itās going down hill! What āmanagerā tells you your issue isnāt urgent and that the owner wonāt call you back if they really care about their customers and business. I am going above and beyond to report you guys. I am not done with this situation. Oh and the owner NEVER CALLED me to resolve this issue. Thanks Marcos

Ā Ā Ā Read morePLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!! Let me start off with my grandbaby is goldendoodle! My son took him to these ppl Saturday for a teddy cut. Well when I saw my grandbaby they cut all of his hair off to his skin!! They claimed he was matted however our baby gets groomed frequently and washed and brushed every week!!! I could run my fingers through his hair. Now he did have normal matting on his legs from where he lay down however he was NOT matted to whereas they needed to cut him bald even his tail!! The horrific sight of seeing what they did to my baby. Not to mention he was cut all over his private area and butt, paws, and chest. When I went the NEXT day to complain the nice guy in the store tried to help but there was no justification as to how they left my baby looking! First off they claimed the nicks were razor burns when I'm still trying to understand why razors were even used on his gonads area instead of scissors!!! The guy in the store said the manager would be there Tuesday before 6pm. I got there at 445- 5pm and was told the so called manager was on break!! Which was just him avoiding me but tells the guy at the store to give us wound spray!! UNACCEPTABLE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GROOM YOUR BABIES!!
