Some nice workers but overall absolutely disgusted with the way they treat and take advantage of students. I feel terrorized everytime I have to go there to buy anything. One time I paid for a sandwich through the NJIT mobile app and when it advised me it was ready I went to village market and scanned my QR code, however their machine had a malfunction and the scan âwouldnât go throughâ, so the worker kept refusing to give me my sandwich and accused me of using a screenshot of a QR code instead of through the app. I showed her I was on MY app on MY account and I even offered to show her my bank app so she could see the money was taken from my credit card already. She refused and said she couldnât help me. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. So when I said I need a refund she finally went to the back and got the real manager after 20 minutes. The manager said the QR machine was malfunctioning a little but it still showed my name and information when I had scanned.
