Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the flies in there.. I normally get my chaufa from jamitos in Clifton but this place is better and the Verde sauce isn't too spicy. I ordered a mixed chaufa (Peruvian rice) that came with Shrimp, chicken and I think beef instead of pork which was alright with me.. I did notice they don't cut up their eggs and mix it in and they don't take the tail off the shrimp but it's ok it was delicious. UNREAL! The best ceviche I think I've ever had, including my own! That’s saying a lot because my ceviche is requested at every gathering I go to. I don't know what they put in this but, it almost reminds me of a chai type of flavor. That may not sound very ceviche-ish, but OH MY GOD! Amazing!!!!! Truly an authentic spot! You can taste the fusion in their food. Every time I order for takeout my food is HOT & fresh! Sushi is great & they have excellent side dishes for ppl of other nationalities/ethnicity. Plates are huge, so you can confidently order your own meal & share w/ ppl at your table.
