I went to pick up my cake order for my cousin baby shower. The young lady at the front desk informed me that they do not take cash first red flag. I left to get cash, from an atm close by. When I returned with the cash the employee gave me the cake and told me she didn’t hv a box so “I should put it in the trunk or move my seats up and place on the back seat “. This is a two tier tres leche cake. It would and inpossible to travel with this cake without ruining it . The shower is almost about to begin , I had to leave the cake to pick someone up to that would be able to ride with me to hold the cake as I drive , another 40 mins. When we came back with a box she slid us the cake we asked her to help us she said cant put the cake in a box . At this point I’m livid she does not come around to even offer help to open a door , her only thing is if you drop the cake or mess it up we are not fixing it that’s on you and that I could leave if I’m not happy . Soon as the cake arrived to the shower it was half way melted , the cake was never refrigerated . I was so embarrassed this has been the worst customer service I ever experience . First time here, my usual bakery place ran out of pre-made cakes so tried this place out yesterday and they're was a lady at the counter(not the owner) who ignored me at first then was very rude. She was on her cell phone making personal calls and using profane language in front of customers which is very unprofessional. I just went for a basic pre made birthday cake. Usually you go in, choose a pre made cake and tell them the colors and wording you want. It's usually very simple.She made this simple request extremely difficult, told me i had to wait over 1 hour, choose a design and go print it out and bring it to them. Then, she said they couldn't do balloons on the cake because they didn't have the carvings so i told her it was ok if they drew it on the cake with the icing which is how I've got it done at other places in the past. She said "no we can't do that". At this point i left and will never be back or reccomend this...

I’m a event planner was contracted for decor a venue and while I was decorating the place the cake from Sweet Sensation arrived. So first the cake was supposed to be Under the sea mermaid theme and they just decorated that cake with plastic graves flowers and blin ribbon something that wasn’t ask for but while I was decorating the venue littlery in less the half hour that the cake arrived the cake started sinking and collapsed letting my client with not Cake for the invites.This BAKERS use for a cake board a carton board for a tres leches Cakes when any BAKER knows that for wet cake you need to use a plastic cakeboard. We take pictures and show it to the owner and she refused to refunded my client because she didn’t bring the cake back something that was impossible because by the time we call her her shop was close also she closed Monday.
