It's hard to put into words the overwhelming sense of relief and gratitude I feel for Ebony and Latonya. Facing eviction was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. The fear, the panic attacks, the constant worry about my children's safety – it was almost unbearable.

But then, I met Ebony and Latonya. They weren't just caseworkers or representatives of an organization; they were lifelines. They saw me as a person, a mother, struggling and scared. They treated me with such warmth and compassion, it felt like I was talking to family.

They didn't just offer solutions; they offered comfort. They didn't just provide assistance; they provided reassurance. When I was spiraling, they were there, steady and supportive. They listened, they understood, and they worked tirelessly to help me keep a roof over my children's heads.

In a situation where I felt utterly alone, they were my "dynamic duo," my champions. They moved with incredible speed and efficiency, especially when no one else seemed available. More than that, they moved with heart.

What truly sets this organization apart, and especially Ebony and Latonya, is their ability to make you feel seen and valued. In a system that can often feel impersonal and cold, they offered genuine human connection. They lifted me up, not just practically, but emotionally.

Beautiful people..beautiful souls..That's the only way i can explain for the way they treat me.

They have certainly vocation for the job..you can feel it.THEY HELP BECAUSE THEY LIKE TO HELP OTHERS..not only because they need a check like we all do.. THEY WANT TO HELP.

They get involved from A to Z..very empathic and considered with the needs that i ask for..never rude.. ALWAYS LISTENING EVERYTHING I HAD TO SAY..no matter how busy she was.

And when i saw her even without an appointment she would welcome me in and helped me with all my questions.

THIS LADY..MISS PATY..IS MY ANGEL.. ALWAYS MAKING SURE THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP MY DEAR FRIEND..MR.DAVID..a person in much need.

Thank you so so much for having this level of employees..it is ALWAYS a pleasant experience to deal with magnificent human beings.

Jesus Sanchez: The United Corporation Community should be very grateful for having Jesus as an associate. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful and caring. I would like to thank Jesus for all the hard work and time that he spent on helping me with my 100-year old mother's PSE&G application when no one else did. These days it is extremely hard for a lot of people to afford paying their bills. Having Jesus who was exceptional helped us when no one else even bothered. I have been trying to get my mother the help she needed to pay the electric bill for 2 years to no avail. People would not call you back or give you any updates. I kept calling and emailing and continued to get the run around from several people. Jesus' compassion as well as his dedication to his work is exceptional and he is an asset to your organization. If it wasn't for Jesus, mom would still be struggling. Thank you Jesus for all that you do for all that you encounter. HERE, you made a 100-year old woman very happy and took some of the stress of paying the bill a lot easier to bear. Keep up the exceptional work that you do.
