HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! They are terrible to deal with and I actually never got in for the appointment. I made an appointment and emailed my insurance. No response, no confirmation. I called 3 times. Each time waiting on hold at least 10 minutes and finally hung up. Last call I got thru and they saw my email for the first time when I pointed it out. Then they couldn't tell me when or how I would get confirmation of insurance copay.
