Pulp & Circumstance — Attraction in Newberg

Cute little shop with themed rooms. This is an old house, converted to a shop. The entry is house decor. The kitchen was local and regional themed candy, chocolates, and goodies. There is a kids' toys themed room, as well as a mishmash of jewelry, socks, magnets, and lipbalm.

The ladies behind the counter were friendly and offered help if needed, as well as greeting myself and every other person who entered. There were cameras on the ceiling in every room, so no pilffering puffs are welcome. I appreciate that, as thieves cause prices to rise as businesses need to make thier margains to survive.

I picked.up some huckleberry popcorn and a burboun, pecan-pie chocolate bar. The popcorn has a very strong berry flavor, so it is best in small portions. The bar had a pecan pie filling in the middle. It's good in small portions as well. I would recommend you stop by here, and you may spot the mural in the alley half a block before, if you walk from the main street.

I love shopping at this store in person & online. Ask anyone that knows me and shopping isn’t something I normally love to do. Pulp & Circumstance just makes it easy to spread cheer to my friends and family and also to practice taking care of my self as well. Sometimes life can get busy and I have had some great experiences with having the gals at P&C put together amazing gift packages for the people I love. This store has become such a bright spot in my life over the past year and a half! I could go on and on about the amazing staff, the store contents, the personalized service, and candy shop (I’m addicted to the chocolate covered gummy bears!) Thank you for providing such quality products...

I love shopping at P&C. They are constantly restocking and bringing in new merchandise, it's always a pleasure to browse. I've also stayed as a guest, and booked through their AirBnb, and had a lovely time. Every time I'm in Newberg, I take the time to stop by and see what's new in their gift shop. The jewelry, candles, cards, home goods, and candy are my personal favorites. I can't imagine anyone walking out empty handed when looking for a gift, there's such a good selection whether it be local goods, funny themed, classy, or a children's toy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love this...
