Great venue and setting with owners that care and want to provide the best experience for everyone.

If you read a review talking about the owners trying to parent a child - please know that it was deserved. We have hosted many birth parties at this establishment with more than a dozen kids at a time, and never had an issue! The only time there has been an issue is when there is an extreme lack of parenting and standard boundaries and safety is a concern.

It is extremely sad that they had decided to take the playground out, but completely understandable. A very, very small percentage of parents would let their children, even over the stated age and size, run absolutely feral upstairs. I get it, as a parent of two boys that are typically kept inside over the winter, they need their energy out. But boundaries need to be set in a social setting, and set by adults. When parents cannot parent their children, others need to step in.

The food is always amazing, service is some of the best in Newberg, and selection of beers either on tap or in their coolers is the best around.

I’m super disappointed with our experience today. We’ve come a handful of times and have really enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks, live music and the kids play area. Unfortunately, the manager couldn’t do her job and made a server do her dirty work for her by telling our group that they’re shutting down the kid area without reason and then when asked if it was because our kids were having fun and being loud her response was “that definitely isn’t helping my managers choice”. We drove all the way out from Portland and with eight others to show off your great business. We planned on having a fun evening of drinks and food. In addition, the party upstairs was very welcoming and inclusive and there was hardly anyone else in the whole place. What’s the deal? We left and took our business elsewhere. Such a bummer. You should reconsider having a play space for kids, when kids can’t even be kids. It’s joke. It wasn’t like this any of the past times we visited. We came for the play space. If you’re going to have specific hours you should make that known on your website as well as your rules. Won’t be back and will make this experience...

Horrible!!!!! How do 2 pizzas come out before a beer that’s on tap and an old fashion??!! My fiancé went up to the counter to inquire about our drinks. The person who took our order was like what I thought I poured her a glass. Hmm yes she poured me a sample in a shot glass. At the time I was sitting at our table and clearly there was no glass in front of me… 😠😠then he was told that they’re too busy right now to poor beers or make drinks yet everyone after us received their order of beer and cocktails before they left the counter. When the pizza arrived we told the person wow thanks but how are we still waiting for our drinks…. He brought the beer another 5 minutes later and the excuse was this beer has to be poured slow as it foams fast…. So he is the only person who can pour it? Mind you there was someone else at the counter taking orders and making drinks 😏with all of this said. … pizza was subpar the first one was nice texture and crunchy. The second was doughy and not fully cooked through. Not a place I will ever return nor recommend. Better off making...
