I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade, and I can confidently say this place never disappoints! One of the standout features is their incredible assortment of salsas, pickled vegetables, and peppers, which perfectly complement any meal. Each visit, I’m always excited to try different combinations, and it elevates the entire dining experience.

The veggie burritos are absolutely delightful—filled to the brim with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. I find myself ordering them frequently, and I’ve probably enjoyed over ten of these delicious burritos throughout the years. The fajitas are another favorite of mine; they’re grilled to perfection and served sizzling hot, making for an enjoyable presentation as well as a tasty meal.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff are always friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall positive experience. Whether you're a longtime fan like me or a first-time visitor, there’s something for everyone on the menu. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic and flavorful Mexican cuisine. Each visit feels like a celebration of good food, and I can't wait to come...

Let me start by saying I've been here for take out before and the experience this time was not up to par. When we arrived the place was empty. We ordered 7 tacos. 45minutes later we recieved them. As we watched a group come in later than us, order two burritos and carne asado plate, eat their food, and leave while we waited another 25 minutes. Not too mention the others that arrived after and left sooner.

The pastor was delicious! Would have that time and time again and it's the main reason I'd come back. The asado was just okay. The handmade tortillas on all were not as good as previous and fell apart easily.

Everyone has a bad day and with the high heat temps, I wouldn't be surprised if this affected them. I'm hoping that's the case and would give them another shot specifically for the pastor!

The lack of communication is what I found to be the most disappointing. We weren't told it would be 30minutes, but every group after us was. And when she finally gave us our food she laughed as she apologized for the wait. It just felt like a slap...

Everything was bland.

The lengua tacos were bland and soggy, and the tortillas didn't hold up. They had nothing but the lengua and onions on them, in some sort of bland sauce or grease.

The quesadillas were soggy on bottom so the bottom of the tortillas stuck to the plate.

The burritos had all the meat on one end and veggies on the other, so one half was hot and the other cold.

The barria tacos were spicy but flavorless.

The table behind us was offered chips and salsa while they waited, but we weren't, and were given only 2 cups of water to share between our table of 5. The wait was long, and they brought everything out separately so the first person was finished before the last 2 people had their food.

The salsa bar was not fresh, was sitting open and had flies on it.

Went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat was covered in pee, and the toilet paper was out.

We...

Best burrito in town, hands down. I absolutely love the Spicy Shrimp Burrito. I work downtown and with all of the options available, the Spicy Shrimp Burrito is my favorite thing to get for lunch. If I leave for lunch, all of my coworkers know where I'm going. I'm going to get the burrito and two containers of the orange salsa from the salsa bar. I have no idea what is in this sauce, but it is amazing. I think hot sauce should taste great and set your entire face on fire, and this sauce does both. My kids love the nachos, quesadillas, and the kid burritos (which are also huge). I also think the nachos are pretty good. They aren't the Spicy Shrimp Burrito though. I'd order that for my last meal. 9/1/24- I recently had a spicy shrimp burrito for the first time in a while. It nearly made me weep. The peanut habanero sauce did literally make me weep. I wouldn't change a thing.

Hard pass: NACHOS were disgusting. ❌ Canned cheese sauce, zero avocado even though that’s what’s advertised on them. The carnitas on the nachos were old with dark chewy ends and dried out like they’d been stored uncovered. I’ve never ever ever ever ever had nachos served at a Mexican restaurant with cheese sauce. Not for me. If you love canned cheese sauce you will adore these nachos. We were greeted by a gal who said “you guys are going to have to give me a minute” I don’t think she was happy we were there. It was fine because we didnt know what we wanted anyway. The ambiance was horrible with loud music and questionable videos on the tv. Will never return. I’d rather not eat. We only went there because the place across the street was closed.
