Poor service. Not a single employee offered to help move my 500+ lb shipment in front my truck. Once i was finally addressed i was informed they could not complete a simple transaction using a 3rd party shipper no. Only after I moved 8 of the 9 boxes back out to my vehicle was there any effort to help me move my boxes. In addition, this was following a trip yesterday to purchase boxes priced at $7.95/ vs. Home Depots same size priced at $1.44. Owner's (Bill) comment was when questioning the price difference.. "This is America" So much for supporting a small "community member" owned business.
Follow up to owner's comments riddled with false claims.

The truth is UPS corporate educated me, perhaps to justify Bill's poor customer service that his UPS sponsored office makes no profit off of prepaid packages and 3rd party billing. So certainly there was no incentive for him to aid in such a laborious transaction he would profit $0 from. Whenever I bring in my array of items to send - sometimes gift-wrapped, sometimes not - I simply hand them over to Bill and he does the rest! It just can’t be any easier. I like to send my boys and their families little surprise “party packs” so I am here every couple months or so. Read moreI had to ship some papers to Canada and the gentleman working has no idea how to handle that. I should have left but didn't, and now my documents are stuck in customs. Don't use them for international at all!
Because he didn't list the shipment as documents, the shipment is stuck indefinitely. They want me to contact the receiver, who is unavailable as it is the GOVT OF CANADA.
I'm never going back to these people. I may have lost a ton of sensitive documents because of their incompetence. My only mistake was going to this store and not walking out when it was clear the young man behind the till was...
