Tonight was the first night in a month that I left with less than I came with. I thought an honest point of view would be better than a hyped up one. So... the place is clean, they are polite, I've gotten spoiled there due to frequent wins. I cannot vouch for the food. I have yet to eat there. The gift shop has a nice selection including cute purses, belt buckles, novelties. They do not have a hotel. I like sitting at a machine with no ashes, old drinks, etc. It's a turn off. dropped $100 and left with 1,200, $275 in and left with 840, small wins and broke even twice. Tonight ot so well. Lost 200. It was my turn. Still had a good time.

I just want to reach out and share that this Casino is such trash. Yeah they have tons of games but by no means does that Ean these games will initiate their bonus features. 🙄 I put $400 into one machine high roller bets at 8.88 and STILL only had one bonus feature pop up. The entire time the machine looked and acted as though it was going to play. I ended up walking away with $200 bucks after I had finally hit the bonus. I like casinos and would recommend The Grand in McCloud or even Riverwind over this place. I had nearly 100points on my card, no free play, no bonus, just nothing.

First ever experience with a real casino. The lights and sounds are a treat but it was so smokey and the cigarette smell was almost unbearable. Like you got dumped by an ashtray. They should have a much better state of the art ventilation system. The staff was like worker bees with no interaction with the guests. Their restaurant was clean and the food came out fresh. Great customer service when ordering food. I thought they would have a buffet. Cause people like to eat. Environment of games was okay but I didn't see many people smiling while playing, strange.

Newcastle Casino opened in Newcastle, Oklahoma in 1998. The 112,000-square-foot casino is owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation and is open 24 hours daily.
