I came here on the morning of 2/19/25 at around 1-5am to play. Literally, NO ONE was there but the employees and maybe a handful of customers. I spent a total of almost $3,000 all together between the two with me and my husband. I tried using card to withdraw but unfortunately had already hit my withdrawal limit at the casino across the street the same night so we were short on cash after leaving the other casino across the street. So, instead of me leaving with him to go get more money at home. I sat there and waited for about an hour for him to come back with more cash to pop the machine. It took him about an hour or longer because of the bad icy weather AND plus the fact that we live all the way north in Edmond. So I waited patiently with no money and even told one of the guy employees that if I was in the way to just ask me to move and to not mind me that I was waiting for my husband to come back with more money to play. I wasn't bothering anyone nor did I break any kind of rules while I was there. So my husband came back we played and lost so we left. We went across the street to try our luck again and won $500 and decided to come back to the same machine at the gas station casino to pop what we had previously left. Of course we lost again $500 doesn't get much of any where while playing $12 a spin right?! My husband needed to use the restroom while I sat there at the same machine for him to wait to leave. BUT, while I was sitting there some of the employees came out standing in front of the cashier cage and i remember one specific lady heavy set, short medium dark brown hair, black pants, red cardigan and employee badge. Im not sure if she was a manager or supervisor or what and I dont know her name exactly, but I overheard her talking bad about me saying "Oh, so she's back again with no money?" And when i looked over there at her and the other employees were shaking their heads and laughing. LIKE REALLY?! If you had a problem with my presence being there you should've asked me to leave then. But yet yall sure didnt have a problem with me there and wasn't talking shit when I was gambling earlier and lost $3,000? Word of advice for next time. MAYBE, If your going to talk crap about your customers how about doing behind closed doors where they can't hear you?! I'm never going back to spend my money at this casino ever again. I'll take my money else where I'm treated much better as an elite player because newcastle doesn't apparently appreciate their well mannered customers. ESPECIALLY the ones that actually drop A LOT of money there. And for next time, how about say it to people's faces if your going to talk shit about them before they lose all their hard earned money to pay your bills and provide money for your checks. Trust me, If you want to win then dont come here you probably have better odds somewhere else. The machines there are rigged and its hard to win anything and once you lose your money, you'll be treated like a criminal. They only want the drunks and crackheads hanging out there. I can't count how many times I've been there and have been followed and harassed by men that were either high on meth or drunk and none of the security guards ever did anything to help me or escorted them out. I bet no one from corporate will read this anyways, because it shows how much they...
Read moreI prefer the main building across the street. The machines at the travel center location seem to pay out less frequently (likely due to lower daily spins but still) but what I find most unattractive to this building over the others is the security crew. Many times, when my wife and I go here, I will drive and the wife will be in the passenger and upon arriving may still be applying the finishing touches to her makeup or whatever and so we will pull into the parking spot and the security will SEE us pull in, she will have the visor down and the little accessory light on and the guards will literally ALL (like four of them, EVERY TIME) and huddle right outside of our vehicle. Mind you, the light is on so they can see into the car and see that she is ok putting on blush or some crap and they act like we are friggin Bonnie and Clyde over there. Also, we are camping out there for 15 minutes and stuff either. Literally just a few max as she is whisping her hair to the side or whatever wives tend to do when glancing in the mirror one last time before exiting the vehicle. Like they can observe just fine like the other guards across the street, they usually move in pairs and make passes all around the assigned area of the parking lot. They maintain a presence and can keep a close eye on stuff without hovering over you and becoming a human barricade between your vehicle and the...

The Newcastle casino and Police department clearly have some agreement worked out to benefit their respective revenue streams as they allow the city to pullover, arrest, detain citizens and even tow vehicles out of the casino property which is federal tribal lands. The casino also have their own Lighthorse Police department on location to further harass, detain and rob. Be prepared for a gauntlet of browbeating and intimidating authority figures on the way to your fleecing via electronic...
