It is hit & miss with the Newcastle Pizza Hut, but more often, it is a miss. We always order extra cheese & extra sauce on a large thin crust pepperoni & the big box deal with a deep dish pepperoni and no extra cheese or sauce. Often, the deep dish pizza has noticeably more gooey cheese & sauce than the one we ordered with extra cheese & sauce. We pay an additional $2.99 for extra cheese & sometimes there is obviously less cheese on the thin crust ordered with extra cheese than the big box of a deep dish ordered with no extra cheese. The restaurant also tends to run out of cheese sticks/bread sticks by 7:30pm-8:00pm. The drive-through staff is usually not very friendly, and only ask the name on order, then hand you the slip to sign without saying a word. When they give you your order, they will literally make it difficult because they ask for the signed slip while at the same time trying to hand you the order. I love sauce and always order 5 sides of red sauce. Approximately 70% of the time, the staff forgets to give us the extra sides of red sauce we ordered at 75 cents each x 5. When I remind them, they appear frustrated & then pull the receipt back ip to verify the order. After confirming we did pay for extra sides of sauce, they often ask me to check again while they watch to validate that the sauce is missing. It is bad enough Pizza Hut charges for a small container of sauce & even $1.00 for red pepper. I do prefer pizza hut pizza over the other pizza places, with the exception of "Hideaway Pizza." This is only when the pizza is prepared correctly. Bread sticks have plenty of seasoning, etc. When they get it wrong, I would prefer Little Caesers & spend $24 versus $53 at Pizza Hut. Again, Pizza Hut does get it perfect sometimes, but that is only about 30% of the time. It's most likely not anyone's favorite job in the world & I get it. Pizza Hut, please just try better.

Read moreI entered the establishment on 8/4/2025 at around 11:30am for a lunch Buffet upon entering the store I noticed a weird smell that was not pizza still decided to stay for lunch when I approached the counter to pay for my meal I thought everything was fine didn't realize I was double charged I had to return the very next day 8/5/2025 and spoke with the manager on duty Robert he proceeded to ask me for a bank statement which I was able to provide using my app then told me since it was pending I would have to return whenever it went through even though the money was already withdrawn from my account it still showed that it was pending so not only did they double charge me I will now have to come back three or four business days when it clears to get a refund the manager Robert proceeded to offer me a free lunch buffet which I found ridiculous because how would it be free if they've already charged me twice I do not live in the area I was working in the area the day that I ate at the establishment and I will have to figure a way during my work schedule to come all the way back to Newcastle when I live in Norman so thank you very much for taking my money and inconveniencing me most definitely will not return and the 7 coworkers that were with me that day will also not...

She pointed to the bug catchers on the walls like they're perfect and catch everything. Our pizza box went straight to the fridge and from there straight to the microwave. I do not have these bugs in my house. But In restaurant with doors propped open and people coming in and out all day, that sounds more likely to have some bugs flying around.
