Needs customer service - my wife and I placed an order for pickup. They do not have a chime or anyway to alert the staff that you entered. So we waited in the entrance before having to go find a staff member. Never greeted - never interacted with - told them we were there to pickup an order. Young kid turned around and started talking to the person making the rolls. Wait wasn’t too long. Another guest entered the restaurant and also waited and was not greeted the entire time we were there. The food was not bad but thrown together in the to go boxes. The outside sign is being held up with an insane amount of duct tape. Excited to have a sushi restaurant in Newcastle. Just do better on customer service and details.
