The pizza is honestly good but if I'm paying $45 for two pizzas I expect to get them delivered to me 5 miles away less than an hour after getting out of the oven. Almost half the time I get a call looking for my location. The last time, and I mean it will be the last time, after three calls still no sign of the pizza. I called the store manager and got no resolution other than "I guess they're looking for you". I called the driver to send it back. There needs to be some training for the drivers and for local management on customer relations. I will find another pizza restaurant that works a bit harder and has a better attitude for their customers. Update. ONLY thing I hate and so does everyone else I know is when you call it goes someplace where BARELY English people speaking people want to take your order. Sounds like scammers but demanding to speak to "manager" they connect you to the actual physical store. Throughout the years orders have always been as ordered, the gals always been terrific and if not for THEM and their service I would not use cause of the phone hassle. They keep your number plus I always tip GOOD so I continue to patronize. During covid they delivered and if you can get THEM on the phone you can rest assured you will not be disappointed.
