Always happy with my visit to The Exchange and is a great privilege for all that have served. The only question I have is when it comes to advertising the branches Air Force Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Navy there has been little or "No" recognition via clothing with a logo nor window stickers to advertise Service Active, Reserve or Retired for Army personnel nor amy other items for Army personal existing in the Navy Exchange - I just do not wish to travel to West Point to get things along these lines. Not sure what happened to the quality of customer service, or what I did to incite this response, but this was definitely not the experience I expected. The Barbershop on the other hand...
A majority of the ladies in there can't cut hair. Plain and simple. They behave as if they've received no professional training; Very laid back demeanor, which would be fine if the cuts were halfway decent. Maybe one or two actually know how to cut Afro-American hair, the rest just do the bare minimum and charge you for lackluster service.
