Really impressive skatepark considering it was entirely crowd-funded. Spohn Ranch executed a solid design complete with a very large bowl, lots of street and pump track style obstacles and more.

Hopefully the town of Newport will continue to invest in the facility with permanent lighting, bathrooms, etc. The skateboarders have already accomplished so much with this place.

We visited a new park in Newport Rhode Island, its a really nice park, but its right in the middle of 2 housing complexes and 2 basketball courts so I just found it way too busy kids just kept rolling in I barely skated it. My boys enjoyed it a bit but then asked to go as they started getting annoyed because every obstacle they tried to skate they'd keep getting snaked by kids just rolling through not paying attention just standing in front or rolling in the opposite direction #skateboarding #skating
