Newport Ghosts: Ghost Tours & Haunted Pub Crawls — Attraction in Newport

Jon Erik was our tour guide, we paid for the extended tour with the 4 added locations as well; Jon Erik was incredibly knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. You could tell he is incredibly passionate about his history and lore of Newport and he even took the time to discuss other stories and historical notions and facts outside the tour curriculum with us! My fiancé and I are huge history and lore buffs so it personalized our experience a bit! It made for a welcoming and wonderful experience and made it more meaningful! Highly recommend for this historical ghost tour! I feel bad for the rest of the group that didn’t contribute or inquire because it definitely helps the atmosphere...

Our guide James was incredible, he was very knowledgeable about the area and its history. There was an intense fog that blanketed the town which added to the spooky ambiance. I wasn't a believer and still not completely sure I am now but I cannot explain what my camera picked up this night. Upon reviewing the pics later that evening, there are 2 images on the far right next to the green light that were not visible to the naked eye. This is my 1st experience with the supernatural, it was very intense looking at the pics when we got back to the hotel. My girlfriend also had some weird images pop up in a couple of her pics as well, in the same area. Really...

My adult daughter and I went on the Newport Ghosts tour with Joe as our guide. It could not have been better. Since we were the only two attending that evening, we had a private tour. Joe was well-versed in local lore and well-spoken, gave very interesting histories. When we got near the wharf, my allergies made it hard for me to breathe.
