Would like to share my experience with your operation been around this industry my whole life i dealt with the owner not pleasant ,started the trip with 2 emails never answered tried that way with question first because questions could have been answered without walking in I know your time is valuable that's why I tried to avoid walking I'm not in the best of health but I was the one with all the jewelery on my body and was inquiring about work to be done your response to me was about just another repair guy I'll accept but know matter what I'm still the customer the work I needed was totally to rework something buy your response was your way only there one or 1 or2 ways this could have been done repair wise but you wanted no part of it would just like. the public to know for what it's worth would not do business with your operation AND ALSO Do Not sell your scrap or family heirloom pieces to him I'm sure he offers penny on the dollar for your memories so hold onto them or find someone else to part with your product I could go on but your operation is not worth it don't like to make waves but happily I'll NEVER DEAL with you customer beware as for you Mr Marquis act like you put your pants on like the rest of us sincerely yours the customer you lost who was their dressed to impress as you said just another repair guy also quik note the young lady i spoke with first very professional very...
Read moreEmily and Cal are incredible and you should 1000% consider them for their wedding ring class.
My new wife and I wanted to make our rings for our upcoming wedding ceremony and they were able to squeeze us in last minute, since we had to move up our ceremony from June to April.
They were both kind, professional, and patient as this was both of our first time making jewelry. They explained the process and we were each able to do nearly every step of the ring making process ourselves. Having both of them there was super helpful, since each of them could provide individualized attention.
We used family heirloom rings and they helped us determined what we wanted to create!
The whole experience was super fun, theyâre a really cute married couple who run this business together. Definitely ask them about some of their more intricate chains/design pieces. Also their golden retriever pup that hung out during class was very sweet.
We love how our rings turned out and you should definitely check them out! We travelled from out-of-state and it was worth it. The shop is located in more of an industrial/business area, so just trust your GPS. The town itself is super cute with great lunch options as well. Theyâll definitely provide recommendations on what else to do in the area.
Overall, it was a great experience for a reasonable cost!...
Read moreI had this watch (Rolex?) for several years, and really couldnât recall where I got it, and I didnât think it was real. I have seen many commercials about this jewelry store, promoting to bring in your âRolexâ watches. The other day I had a luncheon appointment with a friend in Newton Highlands, so I took the watch over just to make sure on its value or lack of. And since Valentineâs Day was on Wednesday, I was thinking of getting my wife a piece of jewelry. I walked in and a sales associate asked me to take a seat. Then before my butt hit the seat, this guy came over and took the watch from my hand and said âItâs not a Rolexâ dropped it back in my hand and kept walking away. Never looked at me, never asked if there was anything else that he could help me with? Iâve worked in sales for over 40 years, and if I had to rate this place for being customer friendly, I wouldnât even bother. Sorry to see that youâre not interested in getting...
