I don’t know that I’ve ever left a review before but I felt I needed to share my experience. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I went in for a partial balayage and requested an hombre look with just a slightly lighter brown than my natural color. I would never bleach my hair. I had mentioned maybe touching up the top a bit to cover a few grays so when the lady began foiling the top of my head I just assumed that was happening. Much to my horror, she was just fully bleaching the top of my head circa 1993 tiger stripe highlights. When she washed it out and took the towel off, my hair immediately started falling off. It looked awful, was damaged beyond repair and was the literal opposite I had asked for. I told the woman at the front desk the situation and she could not have been nicer and made me an appointment to correct it which would be free of charge. I called the salon to speak to the owner and left a long message detailing what had happened and never heard back. They left it to their reception staff to deal with. When I went for my corrective appointment I was told my hair was too damaged to dye and a glaze was put on that did almost nothing. The lady said I should probably cut it since it was so damaged but that it would cost another 80$. I said no and went to speak to another woman at the front desk who again could not have been nicer. I apologized but said I’d need to have a refund as my hair wasn’t even fixable. She was extremely nice and accommodating and called the owner to ask permission for that. I’m horrified that management never dealt with me at all. My hair is still extra damaged, the texture is not the same and the color is awful and too damaged to permanently fix. Digging deeper into the salon I have heard from many stylists who left there because of the unfair treatment from management. Do not give this place...

Spectacular WEDDING hair and make-up services!!! To all the upcoming brides out there look no further for the salon team that can accentuate your beauty for your BIG day! Corina is my go-to master stylist for color services and regular cuts, glazing, etc. and I'm so grateful! I was fortunate enough to get scheduled with Priscilla for the "day of" hair styling and glamour-girl services! I had a practice appointment with Priscilla where she asked to see my wedding dress and all other accessories. She masterfully crafted a gorgeous french twist incorporating my delicate hair accessory giving me a preview of what I would look like on my wedding day. I'm not a huge daily make-up wearer so I was hesitant on the morning of my wedding day when she started to apply (especially the fake eyelashes) but I was SOOOOO glad I let her guide me and do her thing! My sister was scheduled with another stylist, Jenny, who whipped her longer hair into a beautiful soft bun with a few braids - so pretty! Fantastic service, a team who listened to my vision, masterfully crafted hair and make-up and helped transform me into a Princess for a whole day!
