The Shops at 300 Needham — Attraction in Newton

Awesome area to shop in! There are plenty of nice places to shop and eat. This place is sort of tucked away off of I95 on Needham Street/Highland Avenue. Five Guys Burgers is in this area, too! Stop and Shop has a nice little "healthy" super market where you can buy lots of healthy foods. There are also auto parts shops and a couple of Jiffy Lube type places to have your oil changed. This is an "upscale" area as is all of Newton/Needham. The only issue is the massive road construction on Highland Avenue. It is a MAJOR PROBLEM!!! I have no idea when they are supposed to complete the project, but, the road is almost impassable. It really is in awful shape due to the construction. We can only hope and pray that when it is finally completed, that they will COMPLETEY REPAVE this road (Highland Avenue) so it is paved with fresh, new sparkling clean asphalt.
