If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I went to this store to alter two bridesmaid dresses a week before the date I needed them. We brought the exact shoes we wanted and told her how much we wanted to be cut from the bottom, and were told it would be ready by Friday morning. She calls me and my cousin on Thursday telling us not to worry the dresses will be done by tomorrow. I wasn’t worried but at that point, I started to because why would she say that the day before it should be done? Friday comes and I get no call from her and I’m trying to call her, all day, and she keeps sending my calls to voice mail. After calling her from a different number, she finally picks up and tells us to come at night. One of the dresses was barely cut and even with higher heels, I was tripping over it all night. In the other dress, she had cut the back way more than the front. The back was more than 3 inches off the floor and the front was very long dragging on the floor, when it should have had a tail. We then called her and told her she messed up our dresses and she proceeded to tell us we were lying and she didn’t do anything wrong. After expressing my frustration, she started texting me non-professional things saying she knew my family and saying something bad will happen to our family. She said she would tell people about us for saying she messed up our dresses to the community. I asked to get my fabric back to try to fix my dress and she refused saying that I couldn’t fix her work and hung up on my face. She then texted me about 15 messages saying all kinds of unprofessional things about our “manners” when I told her I was done with her business. Worst customer service and alterations I have ever...

I am SO shocked this place doesn't have any reviews - I've been going here religiously for the past 2.5 years. I'm always surprised because Rina outdoes my expectations, EVERY time. She took a size 10 dress (and I'm a size 2), did a thousand things to fix it up to fit me like a glove including all sorts of intricate detailed work, and whipped up a show-stopper within 2 days. I can't say enough good things about her, even her personality is phenomenal. Go see Rina! Bring all your stuff! You won't be disappointed and you'll never go to another tailor again! She makes everything custom fitted, like a designer does! I seriously could go on and on about this...

Rina’s alterations is amazing. A few of the doctors I work with go here and highly recommended I go as well. I was maid of honor in my sisters wedding in April and decided to use her. I was beyond thrilled. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She knew my alteration was urgent and even offered to come in early so I could pick it up. She gave me great suggestions and altered a difficult dress seamlessly. She has great pricing and does flawless work. I was so impressed and will be taking my next dress to her for a wedding i have at the end of the month. She’s the only place I will use from now on. Please go!!! Thank you for everything ♥️...
