If I could rate them no stars I would. I chose to go there for lunch today. I downloaded the BK app a while back but never used it since it requires you to be at the restaurant and have your location on. I would think it would be similar to the McDonalds app that pops up a code, they enter it and it gives you a discount. Well thats not how it works. I placed my order in the drive thru and then pulled up to the window. I ask a simple question. "Would the coupons from the App work? If not its okay I understand." Thats all I said. The lady did not respond to my question. She instead had the audacity to roll her eyes at me with a pissed off look. She then told the other person working there and he explained that it must be presented when you order because its entered a different way. She should have said that instead of rolling her eyes. I was not going to argue about not being able to use the coupon but the fact that she assumed I would was inexcusable. There is no reason for employees to be getting pissed at customers. I understand that sometimes customer can be on edge but remember that its because of us you are getting a paycheck. We go there to spend our money and thats how you get paid so we should not be looked at...

Their drive through is fast, efficient AND friendly, a combo that one will not find on other places' menu, where one sometimes has the feeling of being rushed, while food is being jammed through your car's window, and you are are urged togo away...
Not here. Here you can actually ENJOY your food, which makes it more digestible, one would think.
