From 30 Starbucks in Illinois this HAS BEEN THE WORSE customer service location for about 8 year. There is something about his location that have tendency to hire staff which have no customer service idea. It has been several times now that particularly Nino (a barista woman with foreign accent) has a very rude way to treat customer. She has no manners to be in a front desk with customers. I visit regularly about 30 Starbucks locations in IL. This location is -hand down- the WORSE of all in customer service. Read moreFood was great service not so much. Did a mobile order headed to the counter and waited as workers were busy. When they came over no one greeted me (a black woman) the worker Lexi looked at me twice and never said a word. A white gentleman walked right to the counter and was greeted by Lexi. After about 5 min of just being looked at by Lexi, another gentleman came over and greeted me and handed me my items. Not sure what the issue was most times when workers notice a customer a greeting is followed. Won’t be visiting this location again. Read moreOn Saturday October 14th after 7:00 pm we went to Starbucks / Dempster with our baby and was playing cartoon for the baby to be quiet .. the volume was low and then this worker woman came up to us and asked to turn off the cartoon and made her music in high volume then i told her i put the cartoon for the baby because he was crying so she made a face and said it “wasn’t allowed” because the cartoon was cultural . . racist workers should not work in public places, i don’t know her name but she was brunette girl and was racist and disrespectful. we left immediately after this happened and never ever come back .we won’t take this racism and...
