We went in on a Saturday to buy a suit for my husband, for our daughter's upcoming wedding a month later. We were greeted immediately by a salesperson, Pam, and worked with her throughout the process. She was wonderful! Pam immediately, and accurately, assessed his size, and walked us to the right rack. The first suit he tried on fit okay, but had a gap below the bottom button such that his shirt and tie would be somewhat visible. He tried on a size larger, and it was too big across the shoulders. We went back to the original size and he tried on another suit that fit perfectly, but it wasn't the color we preferred (it was navy and we'd wanted dark gray). But there weren't any others in his size except a black one, which our daughter had specifically requested he not wear, so we decided to make the navy one work. A seamstress came out to measure him for the needed alterations (sleeves up an inch, pants out an inch), and while she was measuring she noticed a flaw in the fabric. No problem, Pam told me, we can order another one and have it here in a few days. He could come in the next weekend for the fitting. We're a two-city couple during most work weeks, so our schedule can be a little tight. My husband was going out of town for the week, so we agreed he'd come back in the next weekend to try on the replacement suit and get it altered. Only one problem -- Pam wasn't in again until Thursday, and the guy we talked to on Saturday, who was supposed to take care of ordering the replacement, dropped the ball. When Pam came in on Thursday she learned they'd done nothing about it in her absence. She called me right away, jumped through some hoops to make sure the suit was ordered and would be expedited (and, to our delight the only color available for the replacement was dark gray), confirmed that they could also expedite the alterations since we were now running short on time (we'd started a month before the wedding), and we confirmed all the details as our Plan B. My husband hadn't planned to be back in Chicago the next weekend because he had an out of town commitment on Saturday. But in order to make Plan B work, he agreed to make an overnight trip back to Chicago to try the suit on and be measured for the alterations. The suit did come in the next week as promised per our Plan B, Pam called me to confirm it had arrived, my husband made the special trip back into town that Friday to be fitted (two weeks before the wedding), the suit fit perfectly except for the alterations we knew he'd need (sleeves and waist), they agreed to expedite the alterations by the next weekend without an extra charge, and he left again in the morning for his commitment in Indianapolis. We picked it up that following weekend (a week before the wedding), he tried it on there, and it fit perfectly. Phew! We flew out that Thursday, the wedding was that Saturday, and everything went off perfectly. Oh, and the suit looked marvelous! Normally I'd give this review four stars because of the inconvenience caused by the guy dropping the ball on ordering the replacement, but because of the way Pam went above and beyond to make everything happen, and because of how lovely the suit we finally got turned out to be, I think she's well worth the five stars.

I had a great experience at Suits 20/20, and I would recommend it for anybody in the market for menswear like a suit or a Tux or pieces and parts. Special shout out to Tod, who helped me from the moment I walked in. After a quick jacket measurement, and within a couple of minutes, he had already pulled a few suits where the jacket was a perfect fit. Of course the pants require some typical alterations, which they do on site. But he was able to find a set for me that actually only needed to be hemmed. You can buy suits as a unit, but then there’s also the option to purchase jackets and pants separately or mix and match to find the right sizes. Tod was extremely professional. He knew right away what types of items would fit me and even showed some different pricing options based on material - so given how often I was going to wear it, I opted for the wool. A nice bonus was that it was pretty light in terms of traffic, so the alterations team was able to hem my pants while I waited, which isn’t always the case. I realized while I was there, I also needed a specific dress shirt, so again after a quick measurement, Tod was able to pull a shirt to try on that fit perfectly right away, and then was able to locate the specific color I needed in the back! They have example shirts ready to just try on so you can dial in the size, but it literally took 30 seconds to determine that because Tod knows what he’s doing. The entire team while I was there was extremely professional and very nice to deal with, and I am happy to have had the chance to work with Tod. It’s a good opportunity to ask questions and let them make recommendations, because they have a lot of experience in this field, unlike your typical department store. I think if you’re like me and have driven by for several years without going in, you need to do yourself a favor and make it a definite stop. The store is well organized, everything is clearly marked, and they have different accessories, like ties and belts and shoes too. It is not like walking into some sort of discount nightmare where you’re lucky to find something. Having said that, have realistic price expectations and you’re gonna be able to do pretty well. There are definitely some lower priced deals in there, but many of the suits are actual quality suits and you’re getting them at a huge discount from what you would otherwise have to pay. I plan on returning as soon as I can figure out what I need next!! Thanks, Tod!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flawless Experience — My Go-To for Suits! I can’t say enough good things about 2020 Suits. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I looked my absolute best. The quality of the suits is outstanding. The materials feel premium, the fit is sharp, and the tailoring is precise. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. I’ve worn my suit to several events, and I get compliments every single time — people always ask where I got it! What really stood out was how effortless the whole process was. They made sure everything was fitted perfectly, and the turnaround time was impressive. Whether you need a suit for business, a wedding, or just to level up your wardrobe, this is the place to go. Highly recommend — 2020 Suits will have you looking sharp and feeling confident.

I usually don’t leave reviews but after my last experience at the store, I had to share my opinion.

I have been shopping at 20/20 for years. When I first started to come to the store, customer service was excellent. You would immediately be greeted with someone offering to assist you or at least offer to come and assist you after they finished with their current customer. They would walk you through options (in a very timely manner) based on the style of suit you were looking for. With a huge store of options, this initial service made the suit buying process seamless.

Over the past couple of years, this has changed to me walking around the store trying to get someone to help me. Typically, I would just wait by the crowded changing room area hoping that I can get someone’s attention. That being said, I’m not sure if it is a staffing issue or just the store being crowded when I typically go in but it was usually not an issue in the past. When someone does eventually help you now, their assistance is still very professional! I do miss the previous atmosphere though.

Now my biggest complaint was when I went in for my most recent suit buying experience. I had eventually found a suit (after walking around for a while and getting help from someone by the changing room area), got fitted, and went to the check out counter. When the total came up, it was much lower than I expected and I said “that’s it?!?!” They looked at the receipt and continued to ring me up. I’m not one to shy away from a great deal but I believe I did my part by notifying them with my statement. Later in the day, I got a call from the store saying that the price was incorrect and that I would have to pay the remainder when I came in to pick up my suit. This initially left a very bitter taste in my mouth since all the prices were clear but one would think that the register price would be accurate but I didn’t want to argue and I said sure.

When I went to pick up my suit, the store was relatively empty. I went to the back and waited. It did take some time to get helped but eventually someone came and took my ticket. The moment they brought my suit out, they said “you owe money for this suit.” Before I could even ask to try on the suit since I had the pants tailored, I was being brought up to the front of the store to pay for the suit which I could have done after I at least tried on the new alterations. The gentleman at the front was very nice and explained the error. Typically, one would expect the rung up cost to be something that store would honor and if it was different, for them to make that correction during the transaction. He explained the issue and I paid the remainder. In the end, he asked if there was anything else I needed and I said “yeah I need to try on the suit”.

Like I said, my previous experience here was great and when you do get someone’s attention, their service is very good. I am just disappointed with this whole experience and how my past couple of...
