Great place for kids to have fun that's the only reason for the 2 stars otherwise it would be 1. Do not, I repeat do not book a party! Its not worth the money. I spent $427 for my son's 4th bday yesterday and received $20 service. I was informed it was our host's first party. Our host was very kind and patient; however, he wasn't trained enough to be in charge of a $427 party. We still tipped him because management was at fault for giving him a task he wasn't ready for. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready. We got our pizza and drinks late which means we had to eat, sing happy bday, and open gifts in a time crunch because we were rushed out of our room when our 2 hour slot ended. We cleaned the room, we assisted with putting the room together, we served our own food/cake. I didn't get any service I paid for in the package (aside from the room, the wrist bands, and pizza). They party came with bottled water, I had already purchased the kids drinks because the water didn't arrive until the end. The pizza had a good taste but wasn't fresh. I didn't complain because the kids enjoyed it just because its pizza and our party was ending soon so a remake would have taken too much time. They didn't call my son's party name over the intercom when it was time to return to the room to eat, leaving the parents to gather their kids(taking up more time) I didn't even know they were supposed to call us over the intercom until I witnessed another party recieve it. In additon, they added people who walked in, to my guest list without consulting me, this upped my tab. I waited for 10 minutes to speak with party planning manager to rectify the matter. She did fix it after I spoke with her but I was appalled she was adding to my tab without speaking to me. I spent the majority of the party handling things versus enjoying... I paid the extra money for a private host so I could relax and I didn't get that. The party planning manager, Debbie accommodated me with 2 ultimate passes ($40) value to say "sorry" for the poor service. My costs would have been cut in half if I would have paid for the tickets, found open seating. Our service was so poor, that would have been the better option. The money could be worth it, if the host properly manages their duties but that's a risk you take. Very unorganized. I did contact corporate just waiting on a response. I will keep...

For parents there was not much seating. There was nowhere for me to sit when we arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday, except the 8 chairs at the 21 and over bar seating. There was one adult sitting at each table while all the kids are out playing. They need more single or 2 person seating for busier times, something parents can sit comfortably on for a few hours and not just the metal benches without backs, that are near the cubbies. They have 8 large party tables marked "reserved" (see picture for package prices, minimum 10 people), and 6 very nice glass enclosed party rooms for an additional $50 on top of the party package (party room rental gets you 2 pizzas valued at most $18 each... do the math, its not a deal). The individual entry price is pretty high, in my opinion, and has changed since the last time I was here, which changed then also, since the time I visited before. Today there were 3 options: $37, $32, and $24 (See the picture for what this includes). I brought my 13 year old son here with TWO friends for his birthday, along with his little sister. She got a "5 and under" ticket for $12 which gets her the Deluxe Pass (cheapest pass out of the three). Also notice, in the pass pricing picture, they state, "We reserve the right to limit guests to 2 hours of play." They offer monthly memberships that will save you money if you are going to visit MORE THAN 6 times a year (see picture for 3 options). All memberships include your first pair of socks free ($3.50 value) and allows you to bring a friend for 50% off Mon - Thurs. The higher the package, the better the perks. A few other notes, no outside food or drinks (other than cake or cupcakes for your party). They sell canned beer, wine and energy drinks, along with bottled Gatorade, fountain drinks and Icees. Other Cafe items available are pizza by the slice, chicken tenders, giant pretzels, and other snacks. We got the meat pizza and it was pretty good. They have clean bathrooms in the front and near the back, drinking fountain at the back, and the staff was friendly. They have 2 claw machines, 2 ride-style motorcycle arcades and a few other pay to play games, and massage chairs. As far as the kids happiness level... They never got bored (we paid for the Ultimate passes which is better than the basic but doesn't include VR or...

This place is amazing! My daughters are 12 and 14 and still had an awesome time! They loved doing all the activities. From VR, rock wall climbing, all the trampolines and warrior courses to their take on bumper cars and don’t forget the sky coaster...this place is spot on!

We are Platinum Pass owners and have only been twice and it’s more than paid for itself. My girls do their homework and then we head on over and they drop their phones and just play! At 12 and 14!!!!! So it’s not just for the little kids.

They’ve told all of their friends and we will be spending a lot of our winter break time here. It’ll be a great place for them to exert their energy through those winter months and we’ll be able to escape from Cabin Fever.

The food is fine. My girls love their pizza (which is included with our passes). I never expected gourmet food at a kid-centered, family-friendly environment which serves adult beverages no less!!! But don’t expect to drink and jump...I love that that’s a rule! Lol I would prefer for my kids to be in areas with people who are not intoxicated...so thanks for exercising some common sense practice there! 🙃 So again, to reiterate, the food is fine and service must have improved as we only had to wait less than 10 minutes for their funnel fries and other non-pizza items.

Also, with my annual membership, I could join in on the fun for around $13. It was a blast. It’s a great way to get a workout in without it feeling like exercise!

I can’t say enough about this place. They’ve truly thought of everything! It’s not just for the kids. Side note: the massage chairs are awesome!

The staff is also very helpful and attentive. The managers are knowledgeable and full of energy! They could charge waaaay more than they do for membership and I feel kinda bad because they’ll lose money on my family! Lol

Well done, Urban Air! I will continue to spread the word that THIS establishment is worth...

My 1st time visiting, for a birthday party of course. The facility is nice & has lots to do for the kids but having a party there, I would not suggest. First off, the prices don't match the effort given. The private room time was cut down due to no wifi & inability to check in on time. It was chaos at the front desk because of this. Secondly, they have a no refund policy that shouldn't be in place at all because if the customers are not happy, then compensation is needed. We get in the room where the kids are supposed to be & there's one table decorated, but the party is for 20. So with the package came 2 pizzas but 2 more had to be ordered. 2 pitchers of drinks were included with no refills, (one pink lemonade & one coke) not sure who thinks coke is ok for small children & the pink lemonade only served about 8 kids (cups half full). We ended up buying another pink lemonade, which came to us 5 shades lighter than the 1st pitcher. The manager did come & take the extra pizza purchases off but not the extra beverage, which he stated couldn't be taken off (still one I find hard to believe) and gave us 15 additional minutes to clean up & exit the room. He also gave the party some free candy... overall, it wasn't the best experience & I feel that the establishment needs to reevaluate some strategies & things can/will run a bit smoother. The girl at the counter where you get the socks & bracelets was very nice & helpful. Also, I did enjoy the pink watermelon slushi & the beer/wine idea is great, especially for those parents dealing with so many kids at one time.
