I drive by this place all the time and yesterday, decided to give it a shot. My son and I went through the drive through; he only wanted fries. I got the California Grilled Chicken. The meal was expensive, but with few other places carrying grilled chicken sandwiches anymore, I felt it was worth it. After we got our food, I pulled off to hand over the fries and not only were they incredibly greasy and soggy, but the napkins covering them had a ton of grease AND oddly, black marker all over them. I was so confused. I thought the ink from the packaging had rubbed off, until I realized one of the drive through workers had “passed a note” to another person then accidentally put it in my bag. So I took the note in, asked for a manager and showed him the note. He chuckled, looked over at the drive through people and said, “Yeah, they were…” and trailed off. I told him the black marker was all over the other napkins, as well as on the fries/my hands and that I thought it was unprofessional. He casually was like, “So, do you want new fries?” At that point, I realized they didn’t care and I said not to worry about it. Then I drove my son to Burger King, which is what he wanted in the first place. The chicken sandwich was in a box, so I still ate it. It was just ok. Not saying I won’t go back, but it won’t be our first choice. Food handling is extremely important to me and when I see that a business doesn’t take it seriously, I take note.

Thank you, Jaggers for making us feel like we are in America again! Thank you for not mandating your employees or customers to wear masks! It was so refreshing to walk in, and be treated like equal human beings after a long day of being yelled at for masks during doctor's appointments. It is insane the way this country is being taught to fear simple interactions with other people. Not at Jaggers! An incrediblely nice young man with nothing contagious but his smile, took our order. He went above and beyond to ensure my son's gluten and dairy free order was prepared correctly. It felt good not to be treated like second class citizens, or dirty human beings because we chose not to wear a mask. It was also nice to see everyone's smiling faces, as they aren't required to wear masks either! Thank you, Trey, for your delightful service. And thank you, Jaggers for not bowing down to what everyone else seems to be doing!🇺🇸

Today was my first time visiting a Jaggers. I ordered a berry salad and grilled cheese through the drivethru. I was excited to read about the ingredients of the salad on the menu but was very disappointed when I actually saw my salad. “Mixed greens” and “iceberg mix” area not the same thing. Also, the grapes were whole and the chicken chunks were huge- both of which I had to cut up further to eat them as part of the salad. All of this said, the ranch and blue cheese dressings were very good, so was the unsweetened iced tea. Heck, even though it was cheap lettuce, after I cut up the toppings the salad was pretty good. The grilled cheese was pretty good too… the upside down bun was tasty and cooked correctly. I liked everything I tried. Disappointed in the salad mix, but not disappointed in the flavors. Staff was very friendly. I might try this place again.

This is my first time ever at any Jaggers. I decided to come inside instead of drive through. Walking in, it wasn’t what I expected. In some ways, it reminded me of a pub. Flat screen televisions located on every wall, tuned to different channels with the sound turned off. Music (contemporary rock/pop/alt) played at a comfortable level - not too loud.

I came before the dinner rush (about 4:30 pm) and there was a probably a dozen customers sitting around - some eating, some kicking back and enjoying the free WiFi.

The Menu is not overly complicated: Chicken, Burgers, Salads, Drinks, Shakes, etc... Frankly, I find that refreshing.

I ordered my cheeseburger and side of Mac n cheese. I indicated that I was eating in. My total came to 9.79 which included a pop. I was given a plastic tent with a number, told to sit wherever I wanted, and they would bring my food out to me. About five minutes or less later, the food arrived - it looked yummy!

Food: I love burgers however I’m not a foodie. I like mine pretty plain in comparison to others. I got a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup. Bun was nicely toasted. You get two beef patties with that are cooked thoroughly but not charbroiled. The side I picked was Mac n cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the side was. And this isn’t mushy kinda of a generic buffet’s Mac n Cheese. The noodles were nicely cooked curly whirls. Those were smothered in a cheese sauce that had a bit of tang to it...meaning this was more than a bunch of velveeta slapped into a bowl.

Staff: Very welcoming and friendly without coming across as fake. I watched as they worked and it appeared that they enjoyed working here.

Cleanliness: So it wasn’t gross or icky however, I’m a stickler for how things look. The floor could have used a good sweeping and the booth I sat at had a few crumbs on the table. No bugs flying around (a huge positive). My booth was in a corner next to floor length windows and that area was really clean. Yeah I know, I might be a little too picky about the cleanliness factor but that’s who I am when I eat out.

Rating: Menu - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Staff -...

Came In The Drive Through Just For Fries And I Thought They Were Pretty Good So I Finished A Parked And Went In To Try A Meal With My 2 Boys. Order Came To About $30. As We Grabbed Our Drinks And Number We Sat At A Clean Table And I Noticed The Dining Room Cleaner Was Wiping Down Tables With A Disinfected Spray Bottle A Towel With Blue Gloves. He Walks Away And Literally Not Even 30 Seconds He Brings Us Our Food With Blue Gloves On! I Took The Food Back And Ask For A Remake And Someone Else To Bring Our Food Out. I Also Noticed Our Food Was Cold Anyways So I Asked For Fresh Fries. I Sit Back Down And 1minute Later The Lady Brings The Food Fries Are Warm But Burger Was Cold. I Felt Like They Used The Same Burger From The Previous Basket I Brought Them. She Then Asks Do We Need Anything I Asked For The Jaggers Sauce That Was Suppose To Originally Be On The Side. You Think She Ever Came Back? Lol No! I’m So Disappointed With The Service Received And Was Disgusted After Having A Dining Room Cleaner Deliver Our Food. 0 Stars If I Could And A Refund...
