Being from Texas, I was already a big fan of Dutch Bros, so when one opened in Indiana, I didn’t mind making the 45-minute drive from Speedway to Noblesville just to get my fix. I’ve visited this location at least seven times since they opened, but my last two visits stand out the most—and that’s all thanks to Trina.
Two weeks ago, I came with my sister for a casual treat for four, and the way Trina interacted with us reminded me exactly why I fell in love with hospitality and customer service in the first place. She was warm, kind, and genuine—it felt like more than just ordering coffee; it felt like connection.
This week was even more memorable. I came back with an order for my entire staff—12 drinks in total. Not only did Trina greet me with a beautiful smile, but she actually recognized me from my previous visit. She then took the time to write down and personalize each order with everyone’s name. What really impressed me was how she seamlessly switched roles—after collecting our orders outside, she went inside to begin prepping them, making sure everything was accurate and perfect. That kind of attention to detail and leadership truly stood out.
Trina embodies what great customer service should be—friendly, attentive, and full of heart. She turned what could have been a hectic order into a smooth, enjoyable experience. I left not only with amazing drinks for my team but also with such appreciation for her professionalism and kindness. Again WOWWWWW
To top it off, I just learned that a Dutch Bros will be opening only six minutes from me on 38th in Speedway. While that’s incredibly exciting, I’ll always remember the experiences at Noblesville—especially the ones made unforgettable by Trina.

Read moreThey have a drink that I like but it's not worth waiting for it. I've only been here five or six times and there hasn't been a time that I've been here where the weight hasn't been brutal to wait through. Today we waited for close to 25 minutes to get $10 worth of coffee. After I ordered I didn't move for 10 minutes. This doesn't look like it's a one-off either since I'm experiencing it on a regular basis and it looks like the reviews on here or pretty much the same thing.
The woman that took my order ended up back at the window of the drive-thru handing out drinks taking orders which tells me she shouldn't be out there in the first place. Maybe you guys should stop taking orders from walk-ups and just focus on doing a good business to drive through. The traffic here is atrocious mostly due to the location of this place on top of other businesses like crunch fitness and Jaggers being right across from where traffic empties out from Monday Drive and Dutch Bros and 146th Street. The city is responsible as are the property owners but this is an absolute mess of a corner with accidents bound to happen sooner or later.
There was close to five stars for a while there and now there's 3.6 for a business that looks like should be right up above 4.5 stars in a consistent basis but it doesn't look like change is anywhere near and I could really care less I'm not going here again It's not worth the wait or the fact that my wife's coffee was filled all the way to the top and spilled on her leg after asking for cream which you would think would have the person filling it say I should probably leave a little bit here so they can put some cream in it.

This location off mundy got it right most the time until last few times where we constantly have to get it remade or throw it away because they give attitude for it being wrong and watered down..so when we call support and get free drinks they complain we keep getting free drinks when even today it was messed up again!
We get a tuxedo white chocolate and chocolate. Last time before this i couldn't even explain the flavor but tasted like dirty sink water, not extra sweet or milk. Was nasty! Today same drink didnt taste like it was supposed to. Was bitter not extra sweet and didnt taste like it usually does and tried to charge us for soft top when I told the lady when we used our free drink coupons today wanted soft top and window wanted to charge because it wasnt inputted correctly. On top of saying decaf several times and yet gave me caffeine when I literally cant have caffeine it makes me sick as I rapidly digest it...more attitude.
Ill drive the extra distance to go to another DB. Doesnt ever input it correctly and then give attitude when have to remake it all the time. Not hard to do 2 flavors, extra sweet, decaf, with oatmilk. Now their extra sweet is bitter so have to go triple sweet like what. I see why this location is rated 3.5 stars. Most the time didnt go back through for the mess up because wait an hour...
