Norco Modern Dentistry — Attraction in Norco

I mostly never write reviews for a business unless that business provides a service or product that exceeds expectations. I will never take the time to write a positive review for s business that provides a satisfactory or even "good" experience, because all businesses should by default be providing this level of service already to earn people's hard earned money.

Having said the above, Norco Modern Dentistry has been one of the very few businesses to earn a 5 Star review from me after just one visit. This is a Dental Office that just yesterday had their Grand Opening and I was fortunate enough to make it over to their location for an overdue teeth cleaning, which by the way has been the most pleasant one I've ever had. The Dental Hygienist was a true professional explaining every step and continously asking if I was ok, which I was because I at no point felt any discomfort.

I knew my visit was going to be a pleasant one the moment I walked into the office and was greeted at the front desk by a beautiful young lady with the sweetest most welcoming voice and a million dollar smile. The check-in process was quick, and no more than 5 minutes after having checked-in I was getting my Xrays done by another very friendly team member who made me feel like I had been going there for years despite this day being their Grand Opening.

Now, the one thing that made me write this lengthy review on top of everything mentioned above already and made this business stand out for me over any other Dental office I've visited in the past was my interaction with Dr. Shaikhn both while going over my Xrays but mostly on my way out. He noticed that have a pretty large mole near the back of my head that sticks out about a 1/4inch and is probably the size of a dime in diameter. Anyway, Dr. Shaikh asked me if I had gotten it checked out and showed true concern about it. He asked a few questions but I let him know that my primary doctor had already checked it out and cleared it as being of no health concern. This demonstrated to me that he cared of my overall well-being and not just about my oral health. Thank you, Doc, and thank you to the entire Norco Modern Dentistry team for an awesome visit, wish you all nothing but success. I will for sure continue to come back.

This dentist office is the best I’ve have ever experienced. I’ve been to many dentist offices, but tops them all. The staff is amazing. The dentist is superb. A little background how I found Norco Modern Dentistry. I went to a dental office in Rancho Cucamonga. I walked out with my teeth worse than how I walked in. They put 3 temporary crowns that were yellow and they had a gap between my teeth. I never had a gap in my teeth. When I asked the dentist why is there gap in my mouth, they replied “what gap.” When on pointed out the yellow of my teeth, the dentist replied, “it’s not so bad.” In other words it’s bad but not so bad. Worst experience ever. This was on a Saturday. On Sunday one of the crowns fell out. I searched and called trying to find another dentist because I was not going back to that dental office if you want to call it that. I found Norco Modern Dentistry. The person who answered my weekend call scheduled me an appointment for Monday morning. When I arrived on Monday, I ntook note how clean the office was and the staff was soooo nice and welcoming!!!!The dentist ( Dr. Shaikh) was very nice as well and showed empathy. Dr. Sheikh did such an amazing job. He took his time and explained everything to that he was doing. He made sure I was happy with the way my teeth look. My teeth looked so amazing. I’m telling everyone that is searching for a dentist to check out Norco Modern Dentistry. You will be pleased with the extremely nice staff and the excellent work from Dr. Sheikh. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! Even though they’re a new practice, every single team member is an expert in what they do. Dr. Shaikh is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. Annabel is so flexible and accommodating, making scheduling a breeze. John is the absolute sweetest. He is so kind, sweet, and very welcoming. If you are nervous about visiting a dentist, John can make this feeling go away. And Ashley has the gentlest touch; she really understands her patients and makes every visit comfortable.

What truly sets this clinic apart is the genuine care they have for their patients. Every single staff member has a strong sense of empathy and a true desire to help. You can feel that they’re not just doing their job. They really want to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of.

I also love how well the entire team works together. They have such a great dynamic. It feels like you’re being cared for by a family. And if English isn’t your first language, don’t worry! They go above and beyond to explain things in simple terms and even use visual aids to make sure you fully understand.
