James Furniture has horrible delivery people. I recommended my sister and they went to wrong address then called and asked for directions. Then Pedro say James is my brother-in-law I do what I want. We never said we wasn't going to pay just discount for inconvenience that I had wait 2hours. Pedro took the furniture out of house . I called the warehouse Blanca the secretary said she can't do anything that and that I had to pay $150. She called Kimberly told her have to put the furniture in and they I Will call them . The best furniture experience I've had ever. From the time i walked into the store I was warmly greeted by almost every employee. They were all knowledgeable and very pleasant. I was able to get everything I needed to furnish my home, from the dinning room, the living room and bedroom they have a great exquisite selection for all budgets. They also have a couple of options available when it comes to payment for the product which is great.
