King Fashion — Attraction in Norfolk

My daughter has a wedding coming up in October 2024, (this year). I went into kings fashion located at 7525 Tidewater Dr in Norfolk va, on 09/12/24 in search of a dress shirt for the wedding, found one, brought it at $29.99 + tax (total $31.79). Unfortunately the colors for the wedding had changed and by 9/14/24 I had went back to the store with the (UNOPENED SHIRT WITH THE RECEIPT) to exchange it for a different color, at that time I was told that there were NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS (WITH OR WITHOUT A RECEIPT) No where in the store is this posted, I even asked where it was posted and was told it was not posted... THE ONLY WAY YOU FIND OUT IS BY READING YOUR RECEIPT, BUT BY THEN IT'S TOO LATE. THIS PRACTICE IS JUST TOTALLY WRONG.... BUYER BEWARE. DO...

The owners here are absolutely wonderful! They were super helpful in getting us exactly what we were looking for. We have the hardest time finding nice pants that fit properly and she knew our size as soon as she looked at us! We needed pants for an event upcoming the next day and they even hemmed tapered them for us right away. I really can't say enough about how kind they were and how they made sure we would look just as we wanted for our event. Absolutely incredible shop, prices, and people! My husband and I went in after hearing how affordable and high quality everything was. Right on walking in, we were treated kindly and Uma helped us every step of the way, assisting in suit selection, tailoring, and pairing with other items like shirts, ties, and cuff links.
