Im no stranger to Bojangles. That being said im very disappointed tonight. I ordered at the drive thru. When I went to the first window to pay I was met by a employee that stuck his hand out the window to take my debit card. This man was very stressed out looking & telling another employee he refused to do both of their jobs all night. I wasn't greeted or spoken to at all. It looked like pure chaos in the store. Looked like nobody knew exactly what they were suppose to be doing nor cared. I paid & went to the #2 window to pick my food up. I was quickly given my food but not in a good way. You could tell there is very unhappy or arguing employees. The bag was shoved out the window toward me almost aggressively by a very young looking teenage worker. I was then handed my drink. I ordered 2 so I was waiting for the other. The girl turned around and looked at me all crazy. I told her I was waiting on my 2nd drink. She did go get it but it honestly looked like I was disturbing her time. I left & went home with my food (for me & my son.) only to see that all of our sides were missing completely. My food was upside down in the bag. It was a pork bbq platter.(missing my mashed potatoes & macaroni n cheese.) The liquid from the bbq was covering the entire bottom of the bag soaking the 2 sweet potato pies I bought in pork juice. So I payed almost $20 for 2 biscuits a couple chicken tenders & some cold pork bbq that looked like it was dried up badly then covered in the pork bbq liquid, and 2 sweet teas. My son didn't get fries with his chicken tenders. I didnt get my 2 sides of mashed potatoes & macaroni. And we couldn't eat our pies because they were wet & soggy from the bbq liquid that was covering the bottom of the bag. Going back was not an option due to me refusing to deal with the chaos at the store & bad attitudes. I haven't called because I didn't receive a receipt either! Im very upset. I highly suggest that the owner of this location go in & get control of their restaurant. Re-evaluate the employees that are running it down & hire new one's/management that would never let it get like this. I was at the same location a few months ago & dinned inside. It was nothing like this. It seems like a different run down location with awful employees. I really want a complete refund on my debit card but know that cant happen without the reciept I didnt get. It saddens me that I had such an awful experience with a restaurant that used to be great. It's definitely the employees that are working now. Read moreWe always come to this location, but the staff tonight were extremely rude. We always get the 20 piece family meal that has the tenders and chicken. I asked for the meal and sides of Mac & cheese , coleslaw and fries. We received our stuff at the window and I pulled up to check the box since my order was messed up last time I came there but didn't feel like going back there since I didn't check last time and was already home. Well I opened the box and was missing fries, so I walked in and let the staff know I was missing fries, the lady argued with me telling me she knows she put fries in the box, but she didn't and kept going on and on and arguing with me. I spent almost $40 bucks and you are going to have the nerve to argue with me over a $2 fry you didn't put in my box. I said I would bring the box in or they could come look for themselves since she claimed she put it in there. So she gave me the fry but continued to give me an attitude, I let her know she was extremely rude and had a serious attitude. The older white gentleman whom was there working with the ear piece (possibly a manager) even told her to stop.. I'm super disappointed in the way I was treated tonight, maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know.. but that was seriously uncalled for.
