I have been going to this Hardee's for many years. I never had any issues until the other day. It was the worst experience. And I will NEVER go there again! I ordered my food from the app prior to going, it took me at least 10 minutes to get there, when I got there I patiently waited 10 min in the drive through that didn't move. So I decided to go in. I stood in line, not having to because I already ordered my food, but I did Anyway. After standing in line at least another 10 minutes I told the cashier I had a mobile order. She told me it wasnt ready. This is now 30 minutes since I ordered my food and it still wasn't ready! As I waited patiently for at least another 15 minutes, I watched several customers come in, order, get their food immediately and leave. Cashier had the nerve to ask a customer if they minded waiting while she made my food. What? It's now 45 min later and I'm loosing my patience. The very uneducated smart mouth cashier asks me what a steak biscuit is, I tell her and she says I don't understand. I heard her ask 2 times for a steak biscuit and biscuits and gravy. Still nothing. At this point I definitely lost my patience and asked what the problem is, why are they not making the food in order that it came in. Why am I still standing there waiting on my food watching all these other customers come in order and go with there food. I didn't special order anything either. Finally almost an hour after the time I ordered a manager came out and asked me what the problem was. So I told her and she got my food in like 5 min. I go out to my Truck and see I am missing a biscuits and gravy. So I go back in to let them know and the uneducated cashier says I only had 2, I said no it was 3. I pulled out my phone and showed my receipt to the manager. I leave again. I get home and 1 of my biscuits that was supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese biscuit was bacon egg and cheese. Unbelievable! Service was horrible, food was not only wrong but gross and cold by the time I finally got it an hour later and the employees uniforms were nasty and nasty. And last but not least, another customer tells the cashier there's no toliet paper in the bathroom. Cashier says oh yes we know there's not any in there. And, goes about her business. Not even giving the lady napkins or toliet paper. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HARDEE'S....
Read moreMy most recent visit to this Norfolk Virginia Hardee's location (on Tidewater Drive) was this morning around approximately the 747 am timeframe. I ordered two omelette biscuit sandwiches for my husband and I. The employee handling my order was friendly and gave me my order extremely quick (approximately within around 100 seconds after the receipt for my order generated from one of the receipt machines). However I can still say that the sandwich came out very delish and the biscuit had a yummy taste with the right amount of moistness and softness that enhanced the omelette mixture in the sandwich. I have been craving breakfast sandwiches more frequently since at least around September 2022 for some reason(where I enjoy eating breakfast sandwiches at least 2 to 3 times a week andor more) and the breakfast sandwich that I purchased this morning from Hardees tasted better than I expected with the added bonus of the employee handling my order giving good...
Read moreToday I went to your drive through at about 4:30 pm. No line no customers. The person who got on to take my order said “hamana hamana hamana hamana hamana”. I waited a few minutes and again got the same exact greeting. I drive away without placing an order. 2 weekends ago my husband went there to get breakfast at about 10:00 am and stated after waiting for an eternity he finally placed an order and progressed to the window. There was no one at the window but a full blown FIST FIGHT taking place between 2 employees behind the counter! He proceeded to drive away without food. I wanted to make the manager aware that while I know good help is hard to find, these actions will prevent us from returning to this store in the future.
