RUN, don't walk, to another repair service! A new bar for horrific customer service. I wouldn't trust them with a .99 RingPop. Damaged a ring during resizing, then gave 4 different dates over a three week period when it would be ready. I called to complain bc I was getting the runaround. This seemed to get the technician, Mke at the Norman location, into gear bc the ring was ready within two days. When I went to pick the ring up, Mike says to me in a low, ominous tone, and I quote, "I understand you called to complain. You really shouldn't have done that." It sounded like a threat. I went on to tell Mike that first you offered a repair that you weren't equipped to handle which resulted in the damage of my property, then you gave me 4 different dates when it should be ready, so I had every right to make a complaint and get management involved--all the while Mike was cutting me off and trying to talk over me when he really should have been apologizing. I had some sentimental jewelry that was my grandmother's. I took in 3 items. One went from a ring to a beautiful pendant. One ring I had sized. And lastly a ring that was damaged beyond repair. That one I had the metal casted into a brand new piece. First of all I worked with Landry. He was so patient, informative, and helpful. They were very busy. I came in at the last minute. They were getting ready to close. I was not rushed and made to feel I was a valued customer. One of the pieces needed a jewelers advice. So I spoke with Frank the jeweler. He told me 2 of my items would be done in a few days. Do to recreating one item. I was called the next morning to get pick up those items. The third item would take longer due to him going on vacation. Plus it had to be casted. Frank called me a week earlier than expected. Let me tell you this item was stunning. And price right. I was looking for a place to get my ring resized and all I had to do was read the comments- it’s not even the comments from the people who are posting- it’s the comments from the owner that is scaring me away!!!!!!!
