My name is Vinay Patel - On Friends & Family day April 26th 2019 sale I purchased 4 Bedroom set and sofa worth over $10,000 from Raymore & Flanigan Furniture along with platinum protection plan from - 1471 US Route 1 South, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902. Customer Code: PATEV25920 Ticket Number: 04269F4FFGT Around May 7th I received all of my furniture. While looking, I notice below issues and also notify delivery man that two of my bedroom furniture have following issues:
Deliveryman notify his supervisor and he told me someone from Raymore and fix all this issue and he left. Since it was not promising, I called store and they said same thing that someone will call you and schedule an appointment.
Finally, after 10 days a guy came he took pictures of Somerset Furniture night stand bottom drawer wood is swallow and looked at other two issues. He made a report and said someone will call you for replacement.
Since then no one has even bother to call infect I am calling every week to and I am hearing same story that parts are here and it is under inspection. Once of the customer service representative told me some time it takes over six months to get the parts from supplier. So, I told them do you even realized that I got this furniture like this it’s not my fault why can’t you replace why do I have to suffer. She said we don’t offer replacement. After serval attempt finally I called store two days ago 06/16 and lady who spoke to me said someone will call you for sure and your issues will be resolved soon. It’s been over two days and I am still waiting for the call.
I must say I have seen bed customer service but this is worst. It feels like once furniture is at customer’s home that’s it they don’t care and I feel being cheated.
This is not acceptable to me and I am also reporting these issues with BBB and NJ Consumer...

I recently visited Raymour & Flannigan in North Brunswick and had a pleasant experience. All thanks goes to Rocky Falcetano. I had been searching for a few key pieces for weeks. I traveled to some local competitors and searched online. Local competitors were highly lacking in quality and service. As a last hope, I decided to make a trip to the Raymour & Flannigan in North Brunswick. As soon as I walked in Rocky greeted me and asked all of the right questions. He informed me of where I could locate the items I was searching for and allowed me to browse. About halfway through the store Rocky checked-in with me to answer any questions that I might have. The quality of the furniture was very impressive and I actually did have a few questions. When answering my questions, Rocky was extremely knowledgeable, transparent and friendly. He promptly provided quotes, lead times and informed me of the current promotions. I did not expect to purchase the items I wanted (plus a few extras) for such an amazing price. Let's just say the price I paid for my entire order is what I was quoted for one piece by a competitor. We sealed the deal that Saturday and everything was delivered by Wednesday within the time window provided. The delivery and assembly (included in the delivery fee) was quick. I cannot believe I walked in to Raymour & Flannigan less than a week ago and I am already admiring the items in my home. Read moreSearching for new furniture for a new apartment is anxiety inducing...typically. After visiting 5 places the most comfortable I personally have ever felt was at Raymour. I bought my full bed set from there years ago which is still in perfect condition. The quality of their furniture is above expectations in my opinion. After visiting so many places, my fiancé and I walk into Raymour and we're number one, greeted, which for me is a requirement regardless of where you walk into. Mr. Allen Greenberg was the one who greeted us, offered us refrigerated water (YES there is a difference between a company offering you room temperature water and refrigerated water), and informed us that he would be near in case any inquiries arose but that he would allow us to walk around and get our own feel for furniture (as opposed to those on the floor who stalk you). The time to actually receive your order is not 6-8 weeks like some places OR 1-2 weeks like others. We placed our order August 11th and our delivery will be on August 14th. You can do the math! He kept a very close distance in case we needed him and we were there at least for a few hours but he stuck by our side answering all the questions we had, recommended furniture based off our preference(s), and had a great sense of humor (which is a plus always).
