Read morenot one to write negative reviews, but this was officially the worst movie going experience of my life. yesterday, i had visited this establishment and my experience was equally abysmal but today takes the cake. yesterday, the theater reeked of old urine and the bathrooms were even more horrific. today, i came to watch inside out 2 with my partner and i was very much looking forward to this movie as i lean more towards animated movies and inside out is a disney film that’s fun for all to see. arriving to theater 1, the smell was acceptable. no old urine smell. no smell of musty furniture. the movie viewing was a good experience, but now enter the trauma. i once again, foolishly visit the bathroom as i had too much soda than i could handle and i have to say, it didn’t absolutely smell FOUL like yesterday. although, as i entered the one stall that wasn’t in use or locked, i saw MULTIPLE puddles of unknown liquid on the floor. i set my phone down onto the toilet paper dispenser, and to my surprise it SLIPS OFF. and INTO THE UNKNOWN PUDDLE ON THE FLOOR! i hope it wasn’t urine. i want to have faith it wasn’t human urine that my poor phone fell into. i was quick to pick it up but i couldn’t really wash my hands properly because, wouldn’t you know it, there was NO soap in the dispensers. really really poor hygiene quality and service here. there’s no care put behind anything done here in terms of cleanliness. because of this, i had to toss my phone case into the trash on the way out. hands dirty with possible pee germs and a case less phone. me and my partner also went to the photobooth they have there to take pictures and create beautiful memories together, but that wasn’t working either. $5.00 gone like that, and my boyfriend had to get a refund for this. it seems like it was one thing after another. imagine my frustration leaving this disgraceful business. i will not be returning. this was truly a horrifying experience that i wouldn’t wish on my worst...
Read moreThe theater is exactly what you would expect of a up-to-date movie theaters seat experience. It's a relatively clean theater and there's usually a manager visible. Being after 2020 I have yet to see this theater for evening on a weekend running a weekend and the Batman isn't it second day of release. 15 minutes of previews is excessive but not uncommon in theaters and the price tags of treats reflect the same values. However it's fairly easy to sneak in your lunch as long as it's not the size of a pizza box. Although I obviously purchased tickets before the showtime which is the thing to do nowadays, no one even checked my ticket and I probably could have just walked in. Although I would recommend making sure to check my Theater app to make sure I wasn't sitting in somebody else's seats lol. I personally really like this theater as it is large the management is helpful when necessary and it's clean and things seem to run smoothly. The only reason I could see for anyone avoiding this theater is that there is approximately a 50% ratio from white people two Indian people who are not only located nearby but also come to see Indian films. I am not the person who would have avoided this but I'm sure there are plenty who would. The only drawback I saw from it is that they seem less likely to wear masks while filling the hallways. Unfortunately this stupidity is not uncommon in any race however Indian people do seem to have the cultural upbringing that being close to other people is not a bad thing and unfortunately this is a trait that should but probably won't...
