Absolutely God awful service. The worst experience Iāve ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend and my friend to watch the Yankee game. We got sat by our server and started looking at the menu. She came over 3 times within 10 minutes asking if we were ready to order, so from the moment we sat down we felt rushed. Then when we ordered our one app, she was about to take all our menus away. Didnāt even give us a chance to look for anything else but we still kept two menus. Got our app pretty quickly then ordered our food. I wanted to order a chicken Caesar wrap (I got it the last time I was there) so we asked and she said that she would have to ask since it depends on the chef. Fine. But she never came back and told us if it could be done, we had to get her attention and ask. Our food came out⦠or so we thought. My boyfriend and I got our food but my friend? Nothing. She asked if there was anything else she could get us with to what my friend responded āuhh⦠my salad??ā Fast forward 10+ minutes and we still havenāt received the salad. Itās lettuce and chicken. It shouldnāt take an additional 10 minutes. I feel it is important to add that I also am a bartender/server so I know exactly what is going on. She forgot to put in the salad. So we started a timer a few minutes in to see how long it would take to get his food. After we asked her for the salad, she was nowhere to be found during that time. We had to go out of our way to get another servers attention from across the restaurant. A couple minutes later she comes over, puts the salad down and says āyou guys can stop it nowā I was shocked. I had to ask what she said cause I didnāt think I heard her right. But, thatās exactly what she said. How dare she say something like that to us when sheās the one that forgot the food. That was what sent me over the edge. I understand things are going on in peoples personal lives too, I do⦠you do NOT treat your table with an attitude like that. We asked for the check and she put it down and said nothing. We paid, she picked up the check and that was it. No thank you, no nothing. We saw her again at the door when we left and she didnāt say anything to us when we were leaving. No thank you, no consideration. I will be calling the restaurant to speak with a manager and tell my experience. Iāve had my share of bad service but this was by far the worst Iāve ever had. Absolutely disgusting. Karla, do better. Not sure if it was your first day or not but I hope you never treat any of your tables the way you treated us. On weekends, when the restaurant tends to be busier, it would be beneficial to increase the number of service staff to help reduce customer waiting times in the queue. Although the existing staff handled the rush admirably, a larger team would ensure even faster service and minimize any potential delays. This additional investment in the service staff would undoubtedly be worthwhile, as it would lead to happier customers and an even more positive dining experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone in search of delicious wings, a lively atmosphere, and exceptional service. The restaurant excels in providing a memorable dining experience, and with a slight increase in service staff on weekends, it would further elevate the overall customer experience. Our waitress was not attentive at all and was preoccupied just shooting the $hit with the rest of the watiers who had no tables and nothing to do. I am not sure why they would have so many waiters on staff as it was beyond dead in there and all of those people just made their own circle of chatter doing absolutely nothing. I watched our waitress stand in this circle talking about nothing and she didn't even bother to come check on us. The food took a long time to come out also, which was odd considering the lack of patrons. Then again, the cooks were probably out there talking as well.
The wings are good and the sauce variety is definitely hands down extensive. If you can't find the sauce flavor you want here then it doesn't exist. However, they might as well just sell wings, beer, and cocktails(which could use improvement) as nothing else here was really tasty in my opinion. The burger I ordered was just eh. It was edible and saved me from having to cook that night but I could have made a tastier burger at home.
The 1 positive on the staff side is the Manager...or at least I think that is who he was. He was a very energetic gentlemen(I believe he was Spanish) and he came walked about the place with sheer energy and livelihood. Too bad he didn't break up the waiters during the 45min+ pow wow that was going on.He came over and asked how everything was to which we basically shrugged indicating that we weren't impressed.
