Poor customer service on the phone and in store at the "Customer" service desk. I work in retail and know that the single most important part of my job is making sure the customer is happy and wants to come back. I gotta tell ya I have no interest in ever doing business with home depot again. Extremely rude people made me feel uneasy. I asked a question on the phone that I didn't know about truck rental trying to find out more details and instead my question was laughed at. Then physically went inside to rent the truck and got told it wasn't there when it was clearly sitting in the parking lot. They said they have to use it to move something and it's their only truck. Now maybe im crazy but if it's the only truck the store has it should be allowed for customer use only. I'm sure people that working at home depot have trucks somebody's got too. Very dissatisfied!!! Their people skills need help.
