Off the Wall Kidz — Attraction in North Hampton

I had great experience with the Carver site (I rated it 5 star can find it) so I picked the NH site when I took my daughter to the north. It was a total disappointment. The facilities are much smaller in size and the light is dim. My daughter went in only once and never wanted to return. We ended up playing some arcade game.

Then my daughter said that she was hungry around 4 and I went to the cafe. There was a sign saying that the kitchen was closed and only snacks (chips and ice cream) were available. I had some leftover lunch so I ran to my car to bring it. At the exit I was shocked that the exit door was not locked or even closed. This is very unsafe for kids and I never saw this in other indoor playgrounds. I had to sprint to my car and bring the food bag. Then at the gate the staff told me that outside food is not allowed. Nothing inside the blue wall. I said okay just let me feed the kid outside the blue wall (in the cubby area). The staff then told me that even that is not allowed and asked us to eat in the car.

I am shocked by the cold and apathy. If you don't allow external food, please have decent food service. We all know that not allowing external food is to maximize profit and I respected that. That's why in the first place I did not even brought in our backpack. However, when kids need food and you cannot provide, you need to be thoughtful and make accommodations.

By the way, the kitchen staff were there. They were just preparing food for a birthday party. My daughter heard announcements that pizza was ready for the birthday party, then started to remark being hungry. When your staff is there, it is feasible to provide food service when needed, but they just did not make...

I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful the staff was today! To be honest, they have been wonderful every time I have been in, but today was my 4 year old and 6 year old's birthday party!!!! From the day I called to book the space to the last good bye today, they nailed it! I wish I could remember names but this momma had 2 kids on either side of Christmas 🥴. But you guys in North Hampton are outstanding. You were attentive but not hovering. You were so, so kind and helpful. The room was perfect, it was stocked with anything I needed. I didn't want over the top or bank breaking and you guys totally went above and beyond. Thank you for making my kid's birthday party amazing! The kids had a blast, they played and played and the parents kept talking about how great this place was. To say I was impressed was an understatement. And it wasn't the facility that did it for me, even though it was great, clean and safe... It was the STAFF!!!! ❤️ In today's world, were people are well, interesting... We have been going to this play area for a year And it has been great, staff has always been friendly but unfortunately today a manager was there and she was the rudest person you could imagine and changed the mood of the entire place. It's supposed to be no outside food but they sit there at the desk eating food they had delivered to them while giving me heck for feeding my kids fruits and vegetables that we brought with us to go with the pizza which we bought from there but they have no healthy options so you have to bring your own if you want your kid to eat right. With the group of kids I brought and with the food we bought we spent over $200 for 3 hours worth of play time and for the 1st time we were treated extremely rudely and will not be returning. It is a clean place but unfortunately you have to feed your kids the food from there which is horrible and not...
